COSM DALLAS
The Colony, Texas 12,000 SF
This immersive venue in The Colony, Texas, blends sports, entertainment, and art through an 87-foot LED dome, immersive hall, and outdoor deck. KSC crafted and installed the innovative panel system, using 5052 aluminum alloy for its strength and formability, to bring this shared reality experience to life.






LOEWS ARLINGTON HOTEL & CONVENTION CENTER
Arlington, Texas
229,500 SF

Located in Arlington’s entertainment district, this resort-style destination features 888 guest rooms, 300,000 square feet of event space, and a beach club with pools and cabanas. KSC contributed to the striking design by fabricating and installing fire-resistant aluminum composite panels, creating a sleek and durable facade for this landmark project.


700 JACKSON STREET
Dallas, Texas
88,500 SF
Located between Dallas’ West End and the convention center, this mixed-use development features ground-level retail and dining with an 11-story parking garage for 1,200 vehicles. KSC crafted perforated aluminum panels for a striking custom screen, blending function and design while allowing for future vertical expansion of the structure.

MONARCH HALL PARK

Part of Frisco’s Hall Park, a 2.2 million-square-foot campus blending office, retail, and lifestyle amenities, The Monarch introduces a vibrant mixed-use space with a residential tower, food hall, hotel, and offices. KSC contributed by designing a garage screen system using imported perforated metal panels and aluminum composite, ensuring the project’s artful aesthetic aligned with the campus’s vision of a dynamic, urban-like community.


UT DALLAS EDITH AND PETER
O’DONNELL JR. ATHENAEUM
Richardson, Texas
The Edith and Peter O’Donnell Jr. Athenaeum at UT Dallas transforms the campus into a cultural hub with a 56,000-square-foot museum complex, including the Crow Museum of Asian Art, a performance hall, and a museum for traditional arts. KSC collaborated with Morphosis Architects and The Beck Group to craft a custom metal facade using 9,900 square feet of perforated aluminum panels, blending artistic vision with architectural innovation.








RYAN TOWER
Plano, Texas
38,400 SF

Standing 22 stories tall in Plano’s Legacy West, Ryan Tower now serves as the global headquarters for Ryan, LLC, offering 400,000 square feet of Class AA office space. KSC collaborated with Gensler and Ryan Companies to deliver a sophisticated 38,000-square-foot parking garage façade. Utilizing post-painted aluminum plate, aluminum composite, and Parklex Prodema, the design incorporates KSC’s 3000 ventilated rain screen and EFS 1000 façade systems, blending functionality with the sleek, modern aesthetic of this state-of-the-art workplace.


This year saw the launch of Form Metal, a bold new name in the world of premium, American-made metal systems. Drawing the industry expertise and reputation for excellence that KSC has long embodied, Form Metal operates with its own distinct vision—delivering durable, high-quality solutions like MCM panels, facade systems, and architectural canopies. Manufactured in Texas and designed to meet the demands of modern architects and builders, Form Metal is poised to set new standards for innovation and craftsmanship in the metal industry.






LOOKING AHEAD

IN-PROCESS PROJECTS AS OF JANUARY 2025
UT TYLER MEDICAL EDUCATION BUILDING
Currently under construction, this nearly 248,000-square-foot facility will soon house UT Tyler’s new School of Medicine, transforming healthcare education in East Texas. KSC is proud to be collaborating with Skanska, HGR, and Fitzpatrick Architects on this project, designing and installing a 54,000-square-foot custom façade using ACM and perforated aluminum panels. As we look toward 2025, this project stands as a highlight for KSC, exemplifying innovation and sustainability in medical education design.
