AIR/OCEAN FREIGHT DISPATCHER JOB DESCRIPTION (for the internal/external advertisement) Main responsibilities : Responsible for organizing and development of Air and Ocean transportation Organize invoicing, settlement with the partners and subcontractors, collection of the receivables Claims handling and registering as per the company standards and state rules Responsible for adequate reporting and problem solving related to this business Makes analyses in respect of the product development Preparing of weekly and monthly reports on the base of the analyses Keep regular contacts with the existing customers in order to keep and improve their development Actively looks for new customers, identify their needs from Air/Ocean transport Contact to partners, subcontractors and other official bodies in respect of the business needs Keep and develop crystal relationships with all official authorities in RM
Requirements: Master of Economics Good experience and knowledge of national fiscal and Customs legislation. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal understanding Strong ability to make impact and influence Customer orientation PC/IT skills, excellent knowledge in Excel Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) Driving license: B
