EXAM YOGA
In these yoga classes, we will work on opening and stretching areas of the body that become stiff due to stress, sitting for long periods, and studying for exams; shoulders, neck, and hips.
Everyone is welcome, whether you have done a lot or a little yoga before. Wear clothes you can move in, and all equipment can be borrowed.
Anne Natvig is a yoga instructor with training in vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga from Oslo Yoga.

FOOD AND CHAT + ICE CREAM
We are celebrating Bygdepride with "Food and Talk + Ice Cream"! Join us in the cafeteria at BK for free food and a pleasant chat There will be conversation cards on the tables with topics and questions that could be nice to discuss; love, equality, solidarity, diversity, identity, freedom, and pride. On the menu, we have hot dogs, fries, and ice cream, with a vegan alternative available. Food will be available as long as it lasts, and if you come and watch the short documentary "Bygdehomo" in the auditorium at BK at 4:30 pm, you'll be first in line for the food. There will also be an ice cream buffet with lots of delicious and colorful toppings.
We hope for sunny weather and the possibility to use the outdoor area at BK to play "kubb" and other outdoor games for those who want to join Board games will also be available. Take a well-deserved break from your exam work and come along! ��

"BYGDEHOMO" SHORT FILM
Welcome to a free screening of the award-winning documentary "Bygdehomo"!
The film will be introduced by Volda student and member of the Rural Pride Committee, Tare Reklev Øverbø.
Those who attend the film screening will be first in line to receive a free dinner at the Mat og Prat cafeteria afterwards.
The film, directed by Julia Dahr and Julie Lunde Lillesæter (2018), tells the story of Bjørn-Tore, who moved away from Volda to live a free and open life as a gay man He could never have imagined that one day he would return and walk down the streets of his hometown in a Rural Pride parade! The film also gives insight into the different perspectives that exist, and that there are still different opinions about homosexuality and pride in rural communities.

Welcome to a comfortable and relaxing hour of mindfulness. This is a stressreducing hour for those who want to calm down their body and mind during a busy exam period. Mindfulness and mindful yoga instructor, Line Katrin Moe, will guide you into deep relaxation on the yoga mat Feel free to wear warm clothes or bring a blanket to keep yourself warm during relaxation.
Line Katrin Moe is a child welfare educator, illustrator, mindfulness, and yoga instructor. She is creative and loves outdoor activities, and is passionate about helping others find the answers they seek within themselves In her classes, she aims to create a safe space where individuals can calm down and get to know themselves better.
