About us Signature Homes Palmerston North and Manawatu is owned and operated by Ricky and Andrea Crutchley, who bring a wealth of home construction knowledge to the Manawatu Region. Both Ricky and Andrea are no strangers to the region, where they have lived in Feilding for over 15 years and proudly so!

Ricky is an experienced licensed building practitioner whose building career started over 35 years ago in Manawatu. He later moved to Wellington, where he spent a decade building homes throughout the area.

Ricky, Andrea and the team also understand there are many unknowns for people when building a home, and it’s important to them they work alongside their clients through the journey. As Andrea points out: “most of our clients have never built before, and often it’s a case of they don’t know what they don’t know, so we are with them through every step of the process, the whole team is.”

His love for the Manawatu is what drew him back some eighteen years ago, where he has been the owner of a successful building company and taken on various Project Management and GM roles.

Whilst Ricky primarily fronts the business, Andrea is busy behind the scenes helping run the business, making good use of the skill set she has gained as a senior marketer and client relationship manager at various organisations.
