Ashley, a 2015 graduate of the Beta Xi chapter, is engaged! Jack Allbritton and Ashley have been together almost 7 years, and Jack proposed on Valentine’s Day 2022. They are excited to start forever together!
The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced the appointment of nine new U.S. soybean farmers to serve on the United Soybean Board (USB) and reappointed eight directors for an additional term. Among them was Shannon Tignor Ellis from Champlain, Virginia, who was officially sworn in on March 28, 2022 during New Director Orientation in St. Louis, Missouri. Farmer-leaders will serve a three-year term to represent the national soy checkoff.
