IN BETWEEN Studio VIII
In Between is a research facility for the International Center for Arid and Semiarid Land Studies. This specific research focuses on arid and semi arid environments, which have little to no productivity. Lubbock, TX is considered one of these semiarid climates, provoking the project to engage with the outside. The project develops around a continuous relationship between outside and inside. This relationship will allow the user to develop an understanding between the surrounding environment and the prominent research being conducted. 1
