GREETINGS TEAM!

What a di erence a year makes. We have all come a long way from the chaos that was the COVID years. ank you all for all you did to be smart and work safe. Over the last year, we have really reconnected as a team, on the path for excellence. Our team makes our company shine. When our team is working well together, we do great things for our customers. Our job is to make our customers successful. Perfect orders, great customer service and safe product storage make that happen. We have created new positions that allow more advancement and responsibilities and some of our new leaders are really doing great. Keep the good ideas coming, let’s look at new ways to do things better and let’s recognize those doing a great job. My door is always open and I value your ideas and feedback. I appreciate all of you and am proud that we are a family business, standing tall in our industry of big corporate companies.

We are “AA” BRC Certificated!

OUR TEAM Paul Habit

is summer, we are excited to highlight and feature our 3700 Warehouse Supervisor, Paul Habit! Paul is incredibly knowledgeable about his accounts and strives to make sure that every order gets the attention and detail it needs to get safely and accurately out the door. Paul is fun to be around and is great at sharing his experience and knowledge with those around him! We spoke with Kenny, VP of Operations, to share a few words about Paul and his participation in #TeamSPWG as a great leader. Kenny says, “Paul handles all tasks in this warehouse from managing his team and taking care of all the CSR work so that we don’t have to have a CSR at this warehouse except for inputting orders or receipts. He signs in and out trucks and does a great job with managing workload and is a very good teacher with his team in making sure they all know how to do this when he is gone. Also with trying to get this warehouse BRC approved he made sure it was ready to go and it looked outstanding. Paul is a Team Player and I’m glad he is on our team. Truly he makes my job a lot easier not having to worry about what he’s doing.”

ank you, Paul, for all you do and we hope you know how much we appreciate your teamwork!
