After winning the Queer Palm and a directorial prize at Cannes, Der Fremde am See is screening at Berlin’s Monday night film series. This thriller takes place at a cruising spot at a lake, also the scene of the crime. The film is in French with German subtitles, but the explicit sex scenes are universally understood.
