• To support the delivery of The FA National Game Strategy and the Shropshire Football Association Business Strategy.

• To assist in the efficient running of the Football Services department
• To contribute to the effective implementation of The FA’s Safeguarding Operating Standard for County FAs
• To support the adoption of FA technology systems across Grassroots Football.
• To comply with FA rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidance that are in place from time to time

Homeworking is permitted where agreed and travel to locations across the County will be required

Responsibilities
To provide administration support to the Salop Leisure League by way of completing player registrations, supporting clubs and completing administrative duties for the League.
To provide administration support to the Shropshire County Women’s League by completing player registrations, supporting clubs and completing administrative

To provide administration support to all Shropshire FA run Leagues by completing player registrations, supporting clubs, developing fixtures and completing administrative duties
Support the affiliation of clubs and league sanctioning and ensure safeguarding requirements are met.
Support Football Services Lead in ensuring leagues fully comply with The FA Standard Code of Rules (Adult and Youth) prior to sanctioning.
Support the delivery of the CPD, liaising with key stakeholders to meet the needs of the game.
Support the Participation Team in the organisation of events
Work in partnership with the Participation department to support the recruitment, retention and development of referees
Assist with the administration and running of County Cup competitions
Provide the highest level of customer excellence to support volunteers across all FA Technology systems (FA Events, Whole Game System, Matchday app and Full-Time).
Provide administration support to safeguarding programmes, activities, events and communications.
Collaborate with the Designated Safeguarding Officer to ensure the affiliation, sanctioning and registration processes are managed effectively and safeguarding requirements are met by clubs, leagues, coaches and referees.
Contribute to ensuring that safeguarding and equality are embedded throughout the Shropshire Football Association and grassroots football
Execute tasks as required to meet the Shropshire FA changing priorities.
