SPORTS LEARNING PROGRAM – SEASON 2 | JUNE AND JULY 2025
Climbing New Heights –Literally! Our Most Valuable Player (MVP) - Mr. Gaurav Bhandari, didn’t just
The Annual Performance Appraisal process for 2024–25 was launched on 9 June 2025, with a deadline of 6 July 2025 for employees to submit their self-appraisals. We are pleased to share that all employees completed their submissions on time. Managers have already begun meeting with their team members to review last year’s performance and set goals for the year ahead.
To support this process, HR conducted eight online workshops for employees, their managers, and HoDs. Participation was strong across the board, with almost every member attending and gaining valuable insights into performance and productivity.
We encourage all Managers, HoDs, and Deans to complete the appraisal process within the designated timeline.
As part of the Connect with HR initiative, we hosted the second Extended Orientation Meet-up for members who joined between March and April 2025.
Over a casual coffee conversation, new colleagues shared their experiences, asked questions, and offered insights to help us strengthen the hiring and onboarding journey.
A warm welcome to our new members, enriching our Shiv Nadar IoE community.
