Emergency Assistance:
While our offices are closed, trusted contractors will be available to assist tenants in case of emergencies. They will always aim to troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone before visiting the property.
Rent Payment Schedule:
Please note:
* Our final payment date is Monday, 23rd December. Rents paid to landlords on this date will include those received up to and including 22nd December.
* Any rents received between 23rd and 26th December will be processed on 27th December.
If you usually receive rent during this period, there may be a slight delay, but we will process payments as quickly as possible when we reopen.
