LOOKING FORWARD ‘Valentines for Veterans’ program AURORA – U.S. Rep. Bill Foster, D-Naperville, announced his office is again participating in the “Valentines for Veterans” program. Foster is encouraging schools, groups and individuals throughout the 11th Congressional District to create a Valentine’s Day greeting for a veteran. Last year, more than 1,500 valentines were delivered to the Joliet Community Based Outpatient Clinic, run by the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital. Valentine’s greetings may be dropped off at any of Foster’s district offices, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today. Information can be found at www.foster.house.gov. Foster’s Aurora office is at 2711 E. St. Charles Singles Club holding Valentine’s dance BARTLETT – The St. Charles Singles Club invited all singles, ages 40 and older, to a Valentine’s dance with DJ Fast Freddy. The event will be from 7:30 to 11 p.m. today at Villa Olivia, 1401 W. Lake St., Bartlett. The cost is $6 for members and $10 for visitors.
