Lily Armani unTucked Fridays at 8:30 PM Neighbours Nightclub Lily Armani: unTucked has returned to Capitol Hill. The twohour parade of drag comedy, performance and spontaneity – hosted by the show’s namesake, the beautiful and oh-so-talented Lily Armani – is the perfect way to start off your weekend in Seattle’s Gayborhood. “I got into this business to do one thing: make people laugh,” Lily told SGN. “If you can’t laugh at a 28-year-old dude that dresses up like a 46-year-old M.I.L.F., you shouldn’t be allowed out on the streets of Seattle after dark!” unTucked centers around Lily’s “muses from the bottle.” The host, with bottle of beer or cocktail in hand, banters with the audience about all things Lily, from wacky observations to pure hilarity, and performs spot-on celebrity mimics and original characters. But this loner, Eli, isn’t buying what the wannabe despot is selling, and he sets back out on his journey in a flurry of gunfire and severed limbs with an unwanted companion, Solara (Mila Kunis), by his side. Phoenix is red hot. Not the city, silly, the Parisian foursome, who’ve landed on nearly every music critics’ year-end list (mine, too) with 2009’s pop-rock gem Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix, not to mention a Grammy nomination and an already sold-out slate of concerts, including next weekend’s performance at The Showbox SoDo. And before they hit that stage, they’re coming to me

– that’s right, the pop-rock quartet is my special guest next week in The Music Lounge, and don’t think for a second I won’t try and use my choppiest French with them. Last month, Phoenix performed a tooshort, four-song set to a big crowd at the “Deck the Hall Ball,” sponsored by local radio station 107.7 The End. This time, they plan to do a full show, sure to include “1901,” “Litsztomania,” “Girlfriend,” and maybe an oldie, like “Everything
