by Mike Andrew SGN Staff Writer The Washington State Supreme Court has unanimously reaffirmed its previous decision against a Richland florist who refused to provide flowers to a same-sex wedding.
Baronelle Stutzman violated state antidiscrimination laws by turning away a Gay couple looking for wedding flowers in 2013, the court said. Washington’s high court had already

by Mike Andrew SGN Staff Writer A Los Angeles barbershop must pay $75,000 in damages to a former client who was turned away after the business owner discovered he was HIV-positive.
Nikko Briteramos was a regular client of Kings of Kuts barbershop in the Leimert Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, but when he went in for a haircut in October 2017, he was unexpectedly turned away.

WASHINGTON, DC (June 4, 2019) Today, the US House of Representatives passed HR 6, the American Dream and Promise Act, historic legislation to provide a roadmap to citizenship for DREAMers as well as Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) holders.
