Randolph’s commitment to ensuring a seamless experience for our elderly client, Ms. Worrell, showcases the very best of customer service. When Ms. Worrell visited the of�ice on Wednesday, she expressed concerns about her ten claim cheques going stale while she was overseas, Randolph quickly took action, processing the claims immediately to ensure she could collect her cheques before leaving for England the same weekend. Ms. Worrell was weary of the online payment option and requested cheques.
Ms. Worrell was delighted, exclaiming, “This is absolutely amazing!” Not only did she avoid stale-dated cheques, but she “had extra spending money for her trip!” Upon her return, Ms. Worrell visited again, this time to express her gratitude with a token from England.
