Pipe & Drape Backdrop
One drape panel
Provide a design to fit a 8’ tall by 10’ tall piece of drape. You will be able to keep after the show conclusion. This drape will be in a public SME area/room with the highest amount of foottraffic possible. These will not be used for vendor booths.

Sew Magical Lounge

We will put your logo on the sign in front of the Lounge entrance. You are also allowed to display a banner (freestanding, no taping to walls) inside the room. The Lounge is open 24hrs/day during the event and is an open crafting/chill spot for our guests.

The Closet

We will put your logo on the sign in front of the Closet entrance. You are also allowed to display a banner (freestanding, no taping to walls) inside the room. The Closet is a room where guests are able to store their wagons, machines, purchases, etc during the event.

Destash Bash

We will put your logo on the sign in front of the Destash Bash entrance. You are also allowed to display a banner (freestanding, no taping to walls) inside the room. The Destash Bash is an interactive exhibit at SME that allows guests to earn points for Destashing unwanted crafting items and shop for used treasures with those points.

The Stage

Badges Company logo on back of Badges
Have your company logo or QR code added to the back of the SME badges that are provided to guests (all guests excluding No-Class Pass holders). This is valid up to two sponsor images, and each vendor will pay the $1 per badge

Scavenger Hunt
Grand Prize for Hunt
QTY: 1
The Vendor Scavenger Hunt allows SME guests to earn a special raffle ticket to a grand prize (We've done embroidery machines, sergers, combo packs, gift cards, electric rotary cutters, etc).
We make a huge announcement at the end of the raffle about the sponsor, and there are Scavenger Hunt instructions in the printed Expo Programs that will also have your logo.

All Sponsors are listed on the SME website, and in the expo programs printed for our guests
All sponsorship items (except Welcome Bags, Fashion Show, and Raffle Table) are limited and alloted on a first come, first serve basis.
