Its restaurant offers traditional dishes deeply rooted in the culture, created with top-notch ingredients from each season including raw materials from the area, prepared with dedication, style and passion by chef Chapi. The menu brings together a wide variety of wines, perfect for tasting in a relaxing atmosphere, facing the “mother of all marshes” in Doñana National Park.
