Are you ready for an academic experience designed especially for you ?
At Servite High School, our sole focus is teaching young men, allowing us to tailor our curriculum and teaching to boys’ unique learning styles. We know that you are more likely to learn, tackle challenges, and stay engaged in a setting where you feel known, seen, and valued as an individual. Our teachers are experts at teaching boys and build authentic relationships with you. They share their passion and excitement for their subject matter and create classroom experiences that spark your curiosity and challenge your intellect.
Our small class sizes ensure you get the attention you need to succeed academically while confidently exploring your unique interests.
Because of our rigorous academic coursework and engaging co-curricular programs, Servite students graduate prepared to attend the best colleges in the country.
Boys learn differently…and we know how to teach them.
67,000+
Servite creates a safe, welcoming environment where boys are encouraged to take chances, explore a variety of interests, freely express their emotions and perspectives, and deepen their faith.
As an all-boys school, we can focus on topics that interest boys and teach in ways that promote a diverse and well-rounded educational experience. This will give boys the tools they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond. Our teachers understand how the minds of adolescent males function and how to effectively work with them.
Servite students have opportunities they might not have in a co-ed school. In an allmale setting, boys are more likely to pursue their interests in art, music, drama, and foreign languages. Our environment, free of social pressures and anxieties, keeps our students engaged and encourages them to step outside their comfort zones and try new things.
Servite students build friendships that extend beyond the classroom, field, or theater. We create a culture of belonging and a sense of understanding that each brother is part of something much larger than themselves. To be part of the Servite brotherhood is to be supported throughout life by a unique bond that will never be broken.
While there are significant advantages to an all-boys education, Servite students don’t need to worry about a lack of interaction with girls, as the opportunities to do so are plentiful. In partnership with our sister school Rosary Academy, we offer numerous co-ed activities including theatre, dances, extracurricular programs, and athletics.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, our expert faculty, staff, and administrators will encourage you to pursue your interests, and discover who you truly are through our curriculum, elective courses, co-curricular activities, and more. Your academic counselor will be a key partner with you and your family throughout your time at Servite, assisting you with course selection, choosing activities, advising on testing, and more.
When the time comes to begin your search for a college or other post-high school path, your counselor will already know you well. They will understand your unique interests and gifts and will help you find schools that are right for you. There are more options than ever, and navigating the selection can be complex and confusing. Your counselor will be with you and your family throughout the process so that you can
take the next step with confidence and success.
Our Counseling Department provides a variety of opportunities throughout the school year to support your success, including one-on-one appointments, parent education nights, application workshops, and more.
STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES
In keeping with our personalized approach to education, our Student Support Services Program is an integral component of our community and nurtures students with learning differences. We work closely with you and your family to create an individualized learning plan to ensure success in a college preparatory curriculum. Some examples of diagnoses we support include ADHD, dyslexia, autism spectrum, processing disorders, anxiety, depression, and OCD.

At Servite, we pride ourselves in being experts in all-boys education, because we care most about the man you will become. In 2005, Servite debuted the nation’s first comprehensive four-year Formation Program designed to transform boys into men who are powerful, faith-filled leaders in college, their profession, and their family and personal lives.
You are shaped by the people around you and the experiences you have. When you go to class, play a sport, visit a friend’s house, or go to church, you are shaped by the people you encounter.
For students at most schools, the experiences that form a student into an adult are random and uncoordinated. A student may hear a message or have an experience at home or at church that forms them one way, and then hear completely different, conflicting messages in the media, at school, or with friends that shape them in contradictory ways.
While most schools focus on the classroom and knowledge, Servite Formation goes beyond that to develop character, wisdom, and goodness. Formation is not a separate program at Servite. Formation is the Servite community tying together everything that happens to a student to shape him into a good young man ready for success in college and life.
Attending Servite was a unique experience by having a faith based education while in a small community of individuals who are simultaneously striving for growth. While Servite focuses on improving the minds of its students academically, the school also strives to create students who are well rounded in their beliefs, values, talents and passions. My time at Servite has allowed me to experience God’s grace through friendships, connections with teachers/staff, Mass, and spiritual events like Kairos. As a freshman I was spiritually challenged, and lacking communication and leadership skills; However the Servite community provided opportunities to learn and grow in those areas and combined them with my passions and interests. During my final year I grew to be a faith-filled leader.

Being at Servite truly did shape me into a man. From freshman formation up until my graduation I saw myself grow mentally through discipline, physically through sports, and spiritually through my teachers, peers, and family. They taught me so much more on not just knowing my faith, but how to defend it. Servite is a different school because we are centered.

Servite offers 14 CIF sports, two non-CIF sports and competes in the Trinity League, one of the most prestigious and competitive leagues in the nation. Every student has the opportunity to participate through both cut and non-cut sports with levels including varsity, junior varsity and freshman. Over 75% of Servite students participate in athletics with 35% competing in multiple sports.
Servite coaches are committed to the formation of our student-athletes, helping them become the men God is calling them to be. Whether the goal is college, professional or a successful high school athletics career, student-athletes graduate as faith-filled leaders ready to handle whatever challenges lie ahead. In addition, Servite athletes are supported by experienced strength and conditioning coaches, certified athletic trainers, top-notch doctors, dedicated counselors, outstanding facilities, and much more.
Sports serve as a unique way to deepen a student’s understanding and growth both as an athlete and as a Man of God. At Servite, it is more than just X’s and O’s, your batting average, or how many points you scored in a game. Athletics are used as an avenue to teach the principles of formation that Servite strives to cultivate in every student. Coaches have one of the greatest impacts on a student-athlete’s experience at Servite High School. They will build some of the strongest and most meaningful relationships that they will have on campus. It is for that reason that our coaches intentionally use our formation themes to help build and guide the culture of their individual programs.
Trust in oneself, one’s teammates, one’s coaches. Being on a team is an act of faith, just like the countless acts of faith we make daily. It’s an act of faith to trust the process through conditioning, practices, and games.
Each player must develop his skills and talents and hold his teammates accountable for doing the same. He controls his destiny. This requires self discipline, attention to detail, and accountability. The little things matter. Every rep, every time.
Part of playing on a team is recognizing every man is needed - starters, back ups, team managers, etc. Every member is valuable. Being a good teammate means identifying each other’s strengths and weaknesses and supporting each other. It requires an attitude of humility that embraces the idea that a team is only as strong as its weakest player. Players must push each other to be their best.
Christ should be at the center of every player’s life. Nothing is more important than Christ - not a practice, game or tournament. Every team activity starts with prayer to show Christ is the beginning of all we do at Servite.

Reflecting on my time at Servite, the two main things that stood out to me the most was the professionalism on the field and in the classroom as well as the emphasis on growing as a man and as a Catholic. Having the highest level of coaching and the best curriculum and support staff in all of Orange County, has prepared me for my future in college and beyond. Another thing that stood out to me was the emphasis on growing in your relationship with not only yourself but with God. The Formation directors and the whole Theology Department helped me grow my faith and opened the door to a whole new journey in my walk with God.

At Servite, I was surrounded by amazing men and women who all had the same goal of making my classmates and me into the best versions of ourselves in everything we did. I learned so many valuable lessons about the real world and how to be a better human which is what many other schools are missing. Lifelong friendships are formed at Servite. Working together in the classroom, on the playing field, or on the stage, students are united by a special bond of brotherhood. Strong alumni involvement and the legacies established through generations of graduates from the same families serve as a testament to the strong bonds created at Servite.
We are blessed to have a strong relationship with our sister school, Rosary Academy, in Fullerton. Many of their after-school sports and activities take place on Servite’s campus, including the use of our Servite High School Aquatics Center, track & field facilities, robotics lab, and the theater.
Attending Servite High School and being part of that unique community, which emphasizes Brotherhood and forming Faith-Filled Leaders, truly gave me a transformative experience. My parents’ unwavering support and faith, which guided me throughout my life, alongside the Servite Brotherhood and community, who always provided a supportive and nurturing environment, helped me become a faith-filled leader!

Servite’s Robotics Team aims to form proficient STEM leaders while competing at the highest level in the FIRST and VEX robotics programs. Sponsors such as Boeing, Google, Raytheon, and Ganahl Lumber equip the team with funding, mentorship, and materials, enhancing the team’s capabilities. Friarbots develop skills such as leadership, design, 3D printing, CAD, programming, woodworking, metalworking, laser cutting, and more.
In an all-boys setting, our students feel more comfortable taking risks and engaging deeply in tasks without the social pressures that can arise in co-ed environments. This environment encourages our boys to develop strong connections, work collaboratively, and push each other to excel both individually and as a team.
Our unique Formation Program is integrated into our robotics curriculum. Students must balance their academic schedules with their robotics projects, requiring exceptional time management skills. Additionally, students face technical challenges, such as mastering complex machinery and software, which demand perseverance, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills essential for their future success.
Advanced CAD knowledge (Auto CAD + Inventor) for designing and building/fabricating functional robotics.
Programming knowledge to connect and communicate with their robots for maximum performance.
Competing allows students to work as a team and learn from others while gaining valuable experience in engineering, fabrication, mechanics, testing, and much more.
Mentorship connects Servite students to experienced robotics professionals.
Student-teachers are created as we encourage veteran robotics students to lead in the education of first-year students. This builds leadership, communication and deepens their sense of brotherhood.
Team 3309 is comprised of 14 different committees in charge of the various aspects of the team’s function, including public relations, design, build, programming, and project management.
The Servite brotherhood has supported me through the toughest times and the best times of my life. Having the support during high school and knowing that I’ll have it for the rest of my life, I know I can always fall back on the brotherhood for help. The bond that we have created through going to football games and cheering in the asylum or encountering challenges and stress with balancing our school work and extracurriculars has made me realize that we all want the best for each other and will always help in any way possible.

Trinitas Arts Conservatory has a place for every student! Whether you are an experienced actor or have never been on stage, you are welcome to audition for any production. There are opportunities behind the scenes as well. Every aspect, from set design and construction, to costumes and lighting, to sound and even production tech, is managed by the students. A joint program with our sister school Rosary Academy, Trinitas productions have won numerous awards and our graduates have gone on to prestigious programs including NYU, Syracuse, UCLA, Chapman, and more.
Studies show that boys are more likely to participate in the arts in an all-boys environment than at a coed school. At Servite, you will find a variety of opportunities to explore your musical interests. Our Men’s Chorus is an entry-level choir while our Select Choir is an application-based program for more serious singers. In either program, you will be exposed to a variety of musical genres and concepts.
Our nationally recognized Classical Guitar Program also offers opportunities for students from beginner to advanced. Students perform regularly on campus as well as in regional festivals and competitions.

How I listen to music is heavily influenced by my guitar playing. My ears have been shaped by what I have done at Servite. My favorite teacher is Dr. Stroud... He is very attentive if I am having trouble working on solo repertoire. He is the most generous teacher.

Our goal is to make the application process friendly, intuitive, and easy, while gathering the necessary information to admit students who will succeed and thrive at Servite. Servite requires 7th and 8thgrade transcripts, recent standardized test scores, English / Math / School Counselor or Principal recommendations, and a student questionnaire.
Thanks to the generosity of its benefactors, Servite can provide tuition assistance to eligible families. The assistance comes in the form of financial aid grants and merit scholarships. Financial aid grants are awarded based on household income and usually cover between 5% and 60% of the tuition costs. The application process begins in early October. To be eligible, families must have a completed admissions application.
There is no better way to experience a day in the life of a Friar than to attend an on-campus Shadow Day. Each day includes a tour, exploring campus, attending classes, learning about our unique formation program, spending time with student ambassadors, and much more! We offer presentations and tours for parents at each shadow day as well.
Our Discover Servite Open House is an exciting opportunity to experience the Servite community. Learn more about why Servite is the best place for your son’s high school education. Hear from representatives of the administration, faculty, staff, athletics, and activities about the Servite Difference.
The Admissions Office hosts campus tours throughout the school year for prospective students and their families. To join us for a tour led by a member of our Admissions Team, please sign up for one of our upcoming appointments. Space is limited in order to provide a personal experience for our guests.
All 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students interested in participating in sports at Servite High School are welcome to attend our Athletic Open House in the Servite gym. We will provide an introduction to our athletic programs, including information about our 16 sports teams, our strength and conditioning and athletic training programs, counseling support, and more.
