So What’s on the Ed’s mind this month..?

It’s starting to look a lot like Christmas.. the holidays are coming, the holidays are coming..THAT’S WHAT! It’s that very merry month of the year, so let’s embrace it and make th most of it, because let’s face it, it’s been a tough one. Many wonder how they’re going to make ends meet, others are merely chosing what size of turkey to order, the most important thing is to remember to extend some kindness and cosideration to others this Christmas. Help someone if you can, help yourself in order to be able to help others if you can. Christmas is a time where we tend to indulge, reflect, enjoy, give, receive, love, laugh, cry and celebrate that we’re alive! The past is is forgotton, the future doesn’t exist and the present is NOW.. so make the most of it!

We will stand with our fluffy red hats and rosey red cheeks in the face of adversity and enjoy this time because-because-beacause.. well because of the wonderful wizard he was, or whatever!! If you don’t have a reason to look forward to Christams, then find one! Don’t be alone, there are many doors ready to invite you in, just don’t be afraid to knock!

Wishing all our wonderful readers and contributors a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS! JJ the ED xx

Strange News: They’ve found Santa’s tomb...

New Christmas theory: Santa is a ghost?

He must be because according to archaeologists in Turkey, they found his grave, buried beneath St. Nicholas Church in the town of Demre.

For centuries, the location of the grave of St. Nicholas of Myra the inspiration for the modern-day Santa Claus has been

contested. Historical records have claimed that he was buried at the church that bears his name, but extensive searches of the grounds revealed nothing of substance. Meanwhile, many believed that his remains had been smuggled out of the church by Italian merchants during medieval times. After all, there was an empty grave in the building that had clearly been looted. And the body of a man thought to be St. Nicholas was laid to rest in Italy during the Crusades. Each tile will need to be removed one by one so the floor and they remain optimistic that he will find St. Nicholas. They plan to hire a new team, comprised of scientists with eight different specialties, to work at the site. The groundwork has already begun the team will hopefully unearth the shrine’s secrets soon. It’s little wonder why St. Nicholas is one of the most famous Christian figures of all time. But while much has been said about his life and legends, little is known for sure about his death. And only time will tell whether we get a full answer about his final resting place.

Are you selling your business in Spain?

You’ve worked hard and built a viable business. Your company earnings have supported your lifestyle, but now it’s time to sell your business. Maybe you want to retire, start another business, or take a year off. Selling should be easy because who wouldn’t want to buy a company that earns money every month?

When buying a business, look for a scalable business model. It’s okay if you haven’t maxed out your growth opportunities because you didn’t have the investment capital to scale the business. But your company should be profitable and have future growth potential. Don’t wait until your business is stagnant to try selling it because it won’t appeal to buyers. Instead, identify growth opportunities and do what you can to vitalize the company before you look for a buyer. Documentation takes it one step further. You may already

have a company way of doing things, but only you and your team members understand those processes. That’s not useful for a buyer because they can’t run the company without the core members of your team. As a business owner, you’ve built and cultivated relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, customers, and clients. Those relationships are worth their weight in gold. To attract potential buyers, build your company around the people and organisations in your industry and showcase that network to potential buyers. If you follow some proven tips, you’ll increase your chances of finding the right buyer for your business.

The Best Chocolate In The World!

United Kingdom

The United Kingdom can thank Cadbury for its reputation in the world of chocolate and luckily, this tiny egg can be found worldwide. Interestingly enough, Cadbury wasn’t always a proprietor of such a big range of chocolate products. Originally, the brand was known for its tea and coffee along with drinking chocolate, which dates as far back as the 1820s.

Ecuador

While Belgium might lay claim to the best chocolate in the world, it’s actually Ecuador which lays claim to the best cacao beans in the entire world. This is based on what’s called the ‘Fine Aroma’ label, of which only 5% of the world has earned. Ecuador happens to be a producer of 63% of this cacao, and the country has even begun crafting its own chocolate

Switzerland

Everyone will know Swiss chocolate from the brand Lindt and for those who haven’t tried one of these melt-in-your-mouth truffles, what are you waiting for? They’re the most decadent of decadent and has gained its stellar reputation for a reason.

Belgium

It’s not surprising that Belgium made this list considering there are over 2,000 shops there that cater to chocolate alone. The difference between Belgium’s chocolate and the rest of the world happens during the cooling process. Rather than cooling during the entire process, Belgium’s chocolate is only cooled at the very end, which results in the sweet, chocolatey delicious scent that many recognize upon walking into a chocolate shop. Furthermore, Belgium’s chocolate is handcrafted, therefore no machines or production lines are taking place in the edible

1. Plan before you spend!

Making a budget will not only help you to limit your spending, but knowing what exactly you need and how much it will cost can help to reduce your financial anxiety.

2.

Keep track of your spending

Once you’ve set a budget, keeping track of your spending means you’re less likely to overspend. Whether it’s by using a notebook, an app on your phone or an excel spreadsheet on your laptop, choose a system that works for you. If your bank offers you alerts for when your current account dips below a set amount, opt in.

3. Do ‘family gifts’ or a Secret Santa

If you’ve got a lot of people to buy for, such as extended family and friend groups, suggesting a Secret Santa is a great way to keep the costs down. A large box of chocs, tin of biscuits or sweets or a board game can be a great family gift rather than buying individual

presents for each person.

4. Avoid ‘buy now, pay later’ Tempting as these schemes are, try to avoid them unless you have a plan in place for repaying the loan within the interest free period.

5. Don’t lose your head over sales

The golden rule of sales is: it’s only a bargain if you were going to buy it anyway! In the deluge of deals around Black Friday (25 November) and Cyber Monday (28 November), try to resist impulse buying.

6.

With these sites you can earn money as you shop. Once you’ve set up an account, click on the retailer you want to buy from.

How To Save Money At Christmas

How much beer should I drink?

Some common opinions on daily beer drinking...

Firstly, drink in moderation, i.e. one to three units a day in conjunction with a healthy meal. Avoid drinking more than five glasses in a short space of time. Beer in particular has plenty of nutrients, such as protein, B vitamins, phosphorus, magnesium, selenium, iron and niacin.Hops contain a number of nutrients that appear to prevent a variety of diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease, obesity and depression.

However before you go out and celebrate keep in mind that One of the most common harmful effects of alcohol is on the liver, the organ that removes toxins from the body. In the liver, enzymes first convert alcohol into acetaldehyde, a chemical intermediate that can cause nausea, headache, vomiting, and other bad effects of alcohol ingestion.

There are upper limits; maintaining a significant blood alcohol % through any form of ingestion for a continuous amount of time is not good for you. Beer is one of the safest of forms of alcohol, competing possibly with red wine, because it has a tiny amount of nutrition in it, and generally, low alcohol by volume compared to spirits and liqueurs. Warning: Use alcohol responsibly as it can seriously damage your health.

How well do you know your MAN?

How well do you know your man, about his inner secrets and more...?

1) Men actually like chick flicks. It’s true. Guys actually enjoy a good Adam Sandler’s movie as long as it’s not his stereotyped and regurgitated crap or a notebook romance just as much as much as you do. Your man may moan or he may whine while you drag him to the cinema, but he may actually be the one to sniff his tears back first during a touchy scene.Don’t get him to admit that he likes chick flicks though. Unless he’s comfortable with his feminine side, he won’t have the stomach to say it out loud.

2) Porn time. Let’s move on now from the tear jerking chick flick to the other kind of jerking. It’s a given that men enjoy watching porn now and then. We’ve always been fascinated by a girl’s assests, and even if we’ve seen thousands of boobs, bums and the rest on screen, we’re all drawn to the alure of erotica. Unless you’re man is addicted to porn or it’s affecting your sexual intimacy and lovelife, then just let him be, nothing positive will come from embarrassing him if you catch him pants down and red handed. He still loves you and this is only a quick naughty fantasy act here and there, nothing to worry about! If you feel betrayed or jealous and want to feel better, then join him and watch “his porn fantasies” together. He’ll love that thought, it will blow more than just his mind! That way you can openly choose “your preference” next time. Just don’t go looking for 1 girl shaing 3 guys straight away!

3) Men hurt more. Men may pretend like they don’t care, or they may choose to walk away instead of having a conversation, but that doesn’t mean they don’t hurt inside. If a bloke is experiencing a broken heart, it hurts him a lot more than you think. And the worst part, it stinks because no one else knows he’s crying inside other than him!

4) Thoughts of the future. Men do think of the future, even though they may behave like lazy walruses that couldn’t care less about what happens the next day. Your man would

wish you’d understand this and just let him dream in private. Your guy may not share his thoughts or say his dreams of the future out loud, but that’s only because he’s too afraid of promising things to you that he may not be able to achieve. If he builds castles in the sky for you, he’d be too afraid to fail and may even end up going through a life crisis just trying to make those promises a reality. As guys, it’s so much easier to pretend like we don’t care about the future instead.

5) Space! If your boyfriend sits by himself for a while at the end of the day, it means he needs his space. And it definitely doesn’t mean he’s waiting patiently for you to join him and gossip about your day’s events. Men are extremely possessive about their personal space and need at least an hour by themselves every day. It’s when he relaxes and frees his mind. So if you catch your man staring into empty space or the telly, just let him be.

6) Don’t order a salad for yourself and eat a man’s chips off his plate, especially when he’s hungry. It’s a sure way to piss any guy off. A guy measures his portions visually and mentally, and even if one morsel reduces from his plate, it throws his calculations off balance. And he’d definitely lose his appetite and his temper!

7) We’re the best. This is a secret wish, but one that all men share. Men wish that every girl they meet would see them as the best guy they’ve ever met, and say it out loud now and then. Men just love impressing or smooth talking every girl they meet. He’d like you more if you say it out loud - “You are the most amazing man I’ve ever met, you are an incredible lover, I’ve never met anyone like you ever!“- An instant hit, try it!!

Some Feel Good Advice...

Rise above it!

Life rewards action. But even greater rewards await those who orchestrate positive actions. Loving relationships, meaningful work, financial security, time to recreate and a lasting legacy come to those who act to bring them about. Although life isn’t always easy and there are plenty of excuses not to be our best, rewards go to those who let their actions rise above their excuses. Sometimes our actions get lost in our intentions. Have you ever heard someone say, “I intended to tell her how important she is to our team before she left,” or “I intended to volunteer last weekend,” ” or “I intended to keep my commitment, but...?” Well, the truth is, we judge ourselves by our intentions, but others judge us by our actions. So, here are three ways that you can get the best from yourself and others. Have a need? Help someone succeed - Move through adversity - Stay

connected. Plan for the future, but live for the present. Don’t obsess about yesterday and don’t be seduced by the promise that tomorrow all will be better. This says it best: Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery, Today is a gift, That’s why we call it the Present! Your BEST team is a personal and powerful way to ensure you are staying connected and orchestrating your actions. To get the best from others, give the best of yourself.

5. RUBBING EYES TOO OFTEN

Rubbing your eyes may seem like a harmless habit but it can actually lead to new or worsening eye problems. If you rub your eyes too often you can cause myopia and glaucoma to worsen, both directly affecting your eyesight.

4. LACK OF SLEEP

Eye fatigue and strain can set in once a person begins getting less than six to eight hours of sleep per night. You aren’t the only one who needs rest.

3. POOR DIET

Just as you should be paying attention to your water intake, you should watch the food you’re putting into your body. A bad diet is bad for your eyes. Foods our eyes love include leafy greens, eggs, nuts, and seafood.

2. LOW WATER INTAKE

If you don’t drink enough water your eyes are more likely to become dehydrated. This will

result in puffy, dry, red eyes. The best judge of hydration, however, is urine colour. Aim for urine that is light yellow in color. Clear urine may be a sign you are overhydrating.

Do You Get Bored?

A few lottery winning facts...

When boredom kicks in, we stop using our edge. We zone out or start looking for entertainment. Boredom stops when the entertainment’s on but the moment entertainment stops, we go back to being bored. Why do we get bored? Boredom can be a result of routine. Do the same thing everyday and before you even know it, you’re likely to slip into an auto-pilot mode, making things seem tedious and mundane.

If you’re bored of routine, try doing the same thing, differently. Change the way and the time when you do the dishes or laundry. Do you drive the same way to work? Maybe take a different route. Eat the same food at the same restaurant? Try something completely new. Be Interested. Try to be more engaged by putting all your attention on the task, even for only one minute. Plant the seed of attention, give it space and time and you’ll soon find yourself energised and interested.

Create Fascination. Like a child, see things with amazement, with new perspectives. So, if you’re

stuck in a boring conversation, ask questions or find something that you can take away from the conversation.

Do everything with love and love everything you do. Even when it comes to things that you don’t like doing! Do things wholeheartedly and things become easier and more meaningful.

Add Fun. Make the task a game and see how much you can get done in 10 minutes. Or listen to music or a podcast. Get creative, make things joyful and others will want to be involved in everything you do. Get Enthused. At the start of the day, take a few minutes to get fired up by the day ahead. Create a spark, gain enthusiasm and put enthusiasm into things that you do.

To prove the point, we’ve compiled some reasons why getting children off the sofa and into the saddle not only brings a great variety of physical, mental and social skills, which bodes well for them in the future, but how riding can instill many other qualities in children.

Any type of sport brings physical health benefits and riding a horse or pony isn’t any different. The importance of getting children outdoors first starts with the physical advantages, and given the figures it’s clearly important to get them involved as young as possible.

Lifelong well-being. The older a child gets involved in a specific sport, the less likely they’ll consider it as an important part of

their lives, and the less chance you’ll have of securing their interest as they progress into adulthood. The value of perseverance and dogged determination, hard work, the rewards of empathy, how to deal with disappointment and losing, while also experiencing the sweet taste of success are all aspects that come into play. Making new friends. Getting your children out into new environments is a great way to help them make friends. Riding can lead to social-life benefits and meeting new people that could develop into life-long friends.

Children & Horses cont...

Confidence booster

Learning to ride and care for an animal that’s twice their size can really empower children. It’s a great way to boost their confidence through encouragement and compliments, highlighting areas where they’re gaining new skills and rewarding them for showing improvement in these areas. Learning life-lessons. Riding is great for instilling an attitude in children that success and rewards comes off the back of hard work. Looking after a pony is hard work..“When I was a child my parents weren’t particularly horsey, so I learned at the local riding school where there was a strict policy of mucking out and grooming before you were allowed to ride. I wholeheartedly agree with this philosophy. Riding was a privilege if you completed your tasks and it really made you work for it and made that ride much more enjoyable and

worthwhile.” job satisfaction! Responsibility. The overall care of horses, including feeding them and keeping them healthy teaches children about caring for others. Dealing with horses helps children develop respect and discipline. It teaches children how to respect and care for another animal.

Destination anywhere!

Winter Wander Holidays...

THAILAND..THE LAND OF SMILES OF COURSE! To many Thailand is a once in a lifetime experience, a culture shock

south, to the lush mountains and temples in the North in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. The season matters as Thailand has a sub tropical monsoon rain season. Even up to November it can rain between 3pm and 5 pm for a few days in a row. However it’s still very warm so pack light!

Packing light is key to enjoying Thailand as the Thais have made hop on - hop off travel very easy. I have been in situations where a taxi has dropped me off in the middle of nowhere and within moments the minibus turns up and takes me to my destination which happened to be about 3hrs away. They may try to wrangle an extra buck out of you here and there, but hey they will never leave you stranded or in an unsafe position. Generally Thai people know that they need to make tourists happy and they

but a pleasant one at that. Flights may be expensive, but when you arrive, your wallet can take a deep breath and relax. Compared to many world destinations, Thailand is still very inexpensive when it comes to food, travel and accomodation. You can easily travel from Bangkok to Koh Chang Island in the south east by bus, taxi and ferry for a total of only 10€. That’s a 6 hr journey with toilet breaks where you can pick up some local snacks enroute!

Internal flights are also very reasonable should you wish to spend sometime in Bangkok before hitting the beaches of Phuket. With so many companies offering internal flights you can fly for around 30€50€pp depending on your dates. This makes it a doddle to discover the beaches in the

are generally very kind and giving. The more rural you go the more shy they become because they really don’t know how to speak English. However, I always maintain that for communication to work, 2 people must be receptive, language is only a vehicle. So the more patience you have the better experiences you will have. With a few kind words your laundry may be washed, dried,

So this is Chriistmas! BUT, if you really had a choice and the budget, where would you go?

folded and sitting outside your door without any charge! You may get invited to sit and have drinks and food with the locals the more you try to lower you inhibitions and integrate. This is how you will discover Thailand!

Back on the tourist route, you will see many vendors, hotels, kiosks and so on, selling trips to the Phi Phi islands or trekking in Surat Thani or Kayaking in the mangrove forests or street food tours Bangkok. By all means, give them all a shot but shop around. Ask is lunch included, hotel pick up and drop off. Some may offer a better package than others. Also a smaller company may not be

as organised as the bigger companies, but the service may be more personal and make the day more memorable. So keep Thailand in mind the next time you fancy a Winter Wander Holiday any time between Nov - April for the dry season and either side of that for the wet season. Try the food, the nightlife and of course the famous Thai Massage 1hr for only 6€ (how much does physio cost???) Swim around the protected coral reefs and marvel at the beauty of millions of colurful fish and feel alive and inspired by everything Thailand has to offer! Enjoy!

Golf tips from the “19th Hole!”

It’s been said before, “Golf is a simple game made difficult by those who play it!”

Golf is deceptively simple and endlessly complicated. A child can play it well and an adult may never learn it. A single round is full of unexpected triumphs and seemingly perfect shots that turn out to be failure. It is almost a science, and it is, at the same time, an unanswered puzzle. It is rewarding and exasperating; precise and unpredictable. It requires perfect concentration and total relaxation. It satisfies the soul and frustrates the intellect. It is at once rewarding and maddening and, without a doubt, the greatest game ever invented by mankind. So…how do we come to terms with this wonderful game? Golf is a mechanical game – you (the robot) need to present a flat surface to a round surface with unerring regularity. A golf swing is whatever you have developed over the years through Pro lessons, driving range drills, videos, friend’s advice and endless games. You may have any one of a variety of swings – some of the best golfers ever to play the game have had some very strange ways of presenting a flat surface to a round ball. Older golfers will remember Lee Trevino the Mexican who had just about every movement in his body before hitting that stunning straight drive or approach shot. Latterly Jim Fyruk the tall skinny yank that looked as though he was trying to wave a magic wand above his head in the hope of conjuring up some miracle. He did, the fact that the club head got back to the ball was a miracle in itself. But it did not stop him from winning US$ millions and trophies over his long and illustrious career. Find your swing, don’t over tamper with it. Sure you should try small tweaks, but not on the course, all that will do is frustrate you even more. Tweaks are for the driving range or back garden. Most of us have an Ipad or mobile phones that have a video capability. Get someone, maybe your partner or a friend to video you and your swing. You may be surprised at how you achieve the fundamental exercise of getting a club face to a ball.

But once you have gone through the experience spend a little time analyzing the outcome. Don’t try to change too much at the outset but build on what you can. As before - don’t over tamper. As we get older our bodies are not as capable of achieving what our brain would like us to do.

A few tips that may help with your driver or any wood club. It may also work for your irons. Grip your driver or 3 wood just a tad down the shaft: that will do three things.

1. You will get better control; many a golf swing is lost at the top of the club head travel and with today’s flexible shafts you cannot be sure just how much flex there is. Even John Daly can’t wrap the club around his neck anymore.

2. You will inevitably create a shorter back swing, no more flopping the club head behind your back.

3. A shorter backswing can, when worked on, producer a flatter swing, the one that with practice might take out that slice or fade and introduce you to a draw. Here’s one you have all been told endlessly SLOW DOWN. I used to play with a guy back in the UK who had written on the top of his driver club head SLOW DOWN! Guess what it worked! He wasn’t long but more often than not he found the short stuff. Hitting the ball a long way is not all about club head speed, although at the highest levels of the game I will acknowledge it has a significant impact (forgive the pun!). For us mere mortals it is more about timing and body weight transfer. So..spend a little time thinking about your game more, especially when not on the course. Golf is only a game.

Variegated Shark

Shark - Labeo variegatus: The variegated shark is native to the Congo river basin in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It lives well in larger, well-maintained tanks if you give them lots of hiding places. The environment should also mimic a flowing river with a substrate consisting of gravel, different sizes of rocks, and a few large water-worn boulders. Use driftwood branches to construct crannies, nooks, and shaded spots. Keep in mind that they may damage plants with soft leaves.

Variegated

The variegated shark is a solitary fish, and in the wild, it would likely only come in contact with its own species when spawning.

Intraspecies aggression is significant, and you may see a tank full of fish for sale with torn fins. This tendency only increases as the fish age, so it’s generally best to keep them alone. It may be possible to keep them together in a large tank with many hiding places, but each fish will need a diameter of at least a meter to call its own.

Jokes ha ha :)

A family is at the dinner table. The son asks the father, “Dad, how many kinds of boobs are there?” The father, surprised, answers, “Well, son, a woman goes through three phases. In her 20s, a woman’s breasts are like melons, round and firm. In her 30s and 40s, they are like pears, still nice, hanging a bit. After 50, they are like onions.” “Onions?” the son asks. “Yes. You see them and they make you cry.” This infuriated his wife and daughter. The daughter asks, “Mom, how many different kinds of willies are there?” The mother smiles and says, “Well, dear, a man goes through three phases also. In his 20s, his willy is like an oak tree, mighty and hard. In his 30s and 40s, it’s like a birch, flexible but reliable. After his 50s, it’s like a Christmas tree.” “A Christmas tree?” the daughter asks. “Yes, dead from the root up and the balls are just for decoration.”

**************************************************

It was Christmas Eve. A woman came home to her husband after a day of busy shopping. Later on that night when she was getting undressed for bed, he noticed a mark on the inside of her leg. “What is that?” he asked. She said, “I visited the tattoo parlor today. On the inside of one leg I had them tattoo ‘Merry Christmas,’ and on the inside of the other one they tattooed ‘Happy New Year.’” Perplexed, he asked, “Why did you do that?” “Well,” she replied, “now you can’t complain that there’s never anything to nibble on between Christmas and New Years!”

Santa comes down a chimney one Christmas Eve and to his surprise finds a gorgeous brunette waiting for him, wearing the sexiest lingerie imaginable. “Santa,” she purrs, “Can you stay for a while?”

Santa says, “Ho, ho ho! I’ve gotta go! Have to deliver toys to children, you know!”

She comes close, starts playing with his beard, whispers in his ear, “Santa, don’t you have a gift you would like to give me?”

Santa says, “Ho, ho, ho! I’ve gotta go! Have to spread Christmas cheer, you know!”

The brunette takes off her straps, giving Santa a view of her wonderful full breasts and says, “Santa, are you sure there’s no gift you’d like to give me....?”

Santa says, “Hey hey hey, might as well stay. I can’t get up the chimneythis way!!!!” **************************************************

Three men died on Christmas Eve and were met by Saint Peter at the pearly gates.

“In honor of this holy season,” Saint Peter said, “You must each possess something that symbolises Christmas to get into heaven.”

The first man fumbled through his pockets and pulled out a lighter. He flicked it on. “It represents a candle”, he said.

“Very well, you may pass through the pearly gates,” Saint Peter said.

The second man reached into his pocket and pulled out a set of keys. He shook them and said, “They’re bells.”

Saint Peter said, “You may also pass through the pearly gates.”

The third man started searching desperately through his pockets and finally pulled out a pair of women’s panties...

What does Santa suffer from if he gets stuck in a chimney?

Claustrophobia!

Why does Santa have three gardens? So he can ‘ho ho ho’!

Why did Santa go to the doctor? Because of his bad “elf”!

Why did Santa’s helper see the doctor? Because he had a low “elf” esteem!

What kind of motorbike does Santa ride? A Holly Davidson! **************************************************

When I asked my wife what she wanted fro Christmas she said she’d be happy with anything with lots of diamonds in it. So I bought her a deck of cards! ***************************************************

What’s the best Christmas present you could possibly get?

A broken drum. You can’t beat it. ***************************************************

The poor man asks the rich man, “What are you getting your wife this Christmas?” The rich man replies, “Diamond earrings and a Mercedes.” The poor man asks, “Why are you getting her two gifts?” The rich man says, “Well, if she doesn’t like the earrings then she can drive to the store and exchange

them.”

The poor man nods. Then the rich man asks him, “So what are you getting your wife this year?” The poor man thinks about it for a second and replies, “A pair of slippers and a sex toy.”

The rich man asks, “Whythe sex toy?” The poor man astutely reponds, “Well if she doesn’t like the slippers she can go “%#∞# herself!”

A child psychologist had twin boys one was an optimist; the other, a pessimist. Just to see what would happen, on Christmas Day he loaded the pessimist’s room with toys and games.

In the optimist’s room, he dumped a pile of horse shit. That night, the father found the pessimist surrounded by his gifts, crying. “What’s wrong?” the father asked. “I have a ton of game manuals to read … I need batteries … and my toys will all eventually get broken!” sobbed the pessimist. Passing the optimist’s room, the father found him dancing for joy around the pile of manure. “Why are you so happy?” he asked. The optimist shouted, “I think Santa has brought me a pony dad!!”

4 Blokes commented how nice it would be to wake up on Christmas morning, roll out of bed, and without any argument go directly to the golf course, meet his buddies. Bob was the only one who said... “What are you guys talking about, I do as I please and have no hassels at all from my wife.” I just wake up, pull the covers back, slap my wifes bum and say, Merry Christmas darling, it’s a lovely day for sex or golf.” She says “your shoes are cleaned and your jumper is on the chair”
