So What’s on the Ed’s mind this month..?

Hats tipped and a nod to her Majesty’s passing. A long reign and a full life of devotion to the UK and beyond. R.I.P.

A summer of blood, sweat and beers, I can’t remember the last time I’ve attended so many music fesivals in one summer. Málaga seems to be hosting more music events than ever before as festival fever was at full temperature.. hot hot hot! Perhaps the organisers could consider October as a viable month for festivals as July & August are just rediculously hot, putting most punters off until the sun goes down.

With Oktoberfests preparing thier bratwurst and ghosts and ghouls getting ready to rise from the dead, October is also bubbling up some Indian flavours with National Curry Week! So no excuse needed to drink beer, eat puppadums and sample some German sausage! It’s all going off, but make sure you don’t get mustard down your lederhosen!

However no need to feel guilty if you work it off! We have Victoria Checa Padel Instructor who will put you through your paces and our monthly beach bum excercises to keep you feeling top.. So live for today, because tomorrow... well you know. Have an optimistic Octo-beer!

Strange News: Deep repair SPA for your silicone lover...

American family decided to throw the creepy doll out in December of 2019. Weeks later, they found it inside a bench in their living room. “The kids insisted they didn’t put it there, and I believed them because they wouldn’t have dug through the garbage outside,” Madonia told the news...

that point, Elsa ceased to sing the English rendition of “Let It Go” altogether, speaking only Spanish when pressed. The family then double-bagged the bizarre doll and placed it at the bottom of their garbage which was taken out on garbage day. They went on a trip shortly after, but when they returned, Elsa too had come back, and was waiting in the backyard of their home. This time, the family mailed Elsa to a family friend in Minnesota, who taped the haunted doll to the front bumper of his truck. It doesn’t seem to have made its way back to Houston yet, as per Madonia’s latest February Facebook update on the creepy doll.

Antequera is in the historical communication corridor between Upper and Lower Andalusía, has historically provided it with great cultural and economic riches, such as the numerous archaeological remains of various periods discovered on the territory. The Dolmens of El Romeral, Viera and Menga, the Efebo of Antequera (Ephebe of Antequera) and many other pieces in the City Museum are good examples of this. Antequera stretches out over the slopes of a hill at the foot of the Sierra de El Torcal (Torcal Mountains) in a network of streets of different character according to the historical period of their construction, dotted with countless monuments of interest: The Monuments complex of La Alcazaba, the Arco de los Gigantes, the Collegiate of Santa María, the Collegate of San Sebastián, the Arco del Nazareno, Copvent, the Santiago Church, the Basílica of Santo Domingo, etc. Beautiful geography for cyclists to enjoy....

Irish Guinness Stew Recipe!

Irish Guinness Stew Ingredients

2 pounds lamb, cut into cubes

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound carrots, sliced

2 medium onions, diced

3 garlic cloves, minced

1-1/2 cups chicken broth

1 can (12 ounces) Guinness stout

6 medium potatoes, cut into cubes

4 bay leaves

2 fresh thyme sprigs

2 fresh rosemary sprigs

2 teaspoons salt

1-1/2 teaspoons pepper

Cook in batches until it develops a lovely, rich brown color. Saute the veg, add garlic and cook for another minute or so,

then slowly pour in your chicken broth and Guinness.

Once assembled, cover with a lid and pop your Dutch oven into your oven. Let it bake away for about 1 ½ to 2 hours. Be sure to check on your stew every half hour or so and give it a gentle stir. The waiting can be tough! Once the gorgeous smells start filling your home, you may be tempted to rush things, but just let it simmer until the liquid thickens.

Garlic may keep the bloodsuckers away but did you know...

Garlic, not only does it keep away the vampires but it also has many other attributes...

Garlic is technically what many people refer to as a superfood! That’s because it is highly rich in antioxidants. This means that it is likely to help your body’s cells fight against free radicals and can help to boost your immune system.

Garlic is thought to have astounding antifungal properties, too. In fact, some people make garlic water to help get rid of athlete’s foot.

Garlic is also thought to be a fantastic support for healthy blood pressure. This is largely thanks to its high levels of polysulfides, and the fact that its unique makeup can help you to manage a healthy level of cholesterol.

People have been flavoring their dishes and recipes with garlic for many years – in fact,

it’s thought that the Ancient Egyptians were readily consuming garlic as far back as 3,000 BC.

Garlic can grow really tall – taller than you might imagine! If left to persist on its own, its likely that a garlic will shoot up to four feet in height.

Garlic might be tasty, and beneficial to your health, but it can lead to some pretty bad breath! Weirdly enough, lemon is thought to combat this.

Garlic might be seen as something of a European staple, but like many, many things, it has firm roots in China.

What age will we reach living in Spain?

At 80yrs for men and 85yrs for women

Spaniards have the highest life expectancy in the EU and third worldwide

The Overseas Property Market – Why Spain?

For lifestyle Spain is hard to beat, it’s relaxed and easy-going, safe and child-friendly. Life expectancy rose by ten years between 1970 and 2015. At 80yrs for men and 85yrs for women Spaniards have the highest life expectancy in the EU and third worldwide. Only Japan and Switzerland do better and then only by a few months. The climate suits all tastes. It ranges from four seasons with a proper winter and lots of snow in the north to the sub-tropical south. The micro-climate zones on the Mediterranean coasts of Andalucía have the best winter temperatures on the European mainland. Even warmer winter temperatures are found in the Canary Islands which are often referred to as Europe’s Caribbean.

Spain’s beaches and marinas have more Blue Flags than any other country in the world, a total of 696 in 2021, that’s 4 more than in 2020 and an all-time high. And in fact, Spain has occupied the top spot every year since the scheme began in 1987. For the cultural tourist Spain has some of the oldest cities in the world and 49 UNESCO World Heritage sites. This puts it in third place globally, behind Italy (58) and China (56). Within Spain, Andalucía is the region with the highest number (8) of recognised sites.

€€ Currencies Direct - Latest Currency News €€

GBP/EUR exchange rate rocked by gas shortage fears and recession warnings Staying up to date with the latest currency news can help you time your transfers effectively, so find out what you should be looking out for over the month ahead… Latest currency news The GBP/EUR exchange rate continued to trade in a wide range over the past month, with the pairing fluctuating between a low of €1.16 and a three-month high of €1.19, while EUR/GBP traded between £0.83 and £0.85. What’s been happening? The euro trended higher through the middle of July, supported by the European Central Bank (ECB) as it delivered a shock 50bps interest rate hike. However EUR exchange rates then fell sharply as we headed into August amid fresh concern over a potential European gas shortage this winter. Meanwhile the pound fluctuated through July amid the uncertainty of the Conservative leadership election.

Sterling was then forced off its best levels in the wake of the Bank of England’s (BoE) latest interest rate decision. While the BoE also opted for a 50bps hike, GBP investors were spooked by the bank’s warning that the UK is likely to slip into a recession later this year. What do you need to look out for? Looking ahead, ongoing concerns over European energy security may continue to act as a headwind for the euro in the coming week. Although the prospect of another 50bps rate hike from the ECB may provide some respite for the single currency. Meanwhile the pound may remain vulnerable to losses while the UK government remains paralysed while we await the outcome of the Tory leadership race in early September. Since 1996 we’ve helped more than 325,000 customers with their currency transfers, just pop into your local Currencies Direct branch or give us a call to find out more.

Things Amazon don’t want you to know...

Just Walking To The Toilet & Back Can Take Up Your Whole Break Time!

We’ve all heard the rumours about unfair employment practices at Amazon, but one basic problem is the place is just so flipping big. Employees have very strict time limits of 15 or 30 minutes for their breaks, meaning that is the amount of time allowed between scanning an item. So if the toilet or break room is a 10 minute walk away… then sorry! In 2020, The Washington Post (which, ironically, is owned by Jeff Bezos) reported that Amazon had fired 2 employees who where openly critical of their working conditions during the pandemic. At the same time, workers in 74 warehouses and fulfilment centres tested positive for Covid. A bad week for Bezos all round. Of course, Amazon denied there was a connection between the firings and the criticism, but how easy is that to believe? If you must get

yourself a refurbed Alexia, beware. Voice recognition tech is still quite young and there are countless, some quite disturbing accounts of such devices going rogue. A woman found that her Echo had, without having being asked, sent recordings of private conversations to one of her husband’s employees. Amazon claimed that Alexia must have misheard a string of commands and confirmations, all during a conversation about flooring. Unlikely. That’s not the worst recording it could have shared of course. Be careful if you have a little helper set up by your bedside… Hmmmm OMG!!!!

Solar Panels...one size does NOT fit all!

Solar panels are not one size fits all. They are chosen based on their specific application. Every home solar system is custom designed. For example, an expensive high-efficiency panel may perform just as well as a standard or economy panel under certain circumstances. Bigger is not always better. Which solar panel you choose depends a lot on these variables. When you meet with a solar consultant, they should ask you questions and closely examine your roof before recommending a specific type or brand of panel. This tells you that they are looking out for your best interest and not upselling you to a specific high-cost brand. Some photovoltaic panels are compatible with only specific types of inverters, some with all inverters, etc. Your panels and inverter must fit together like puzzle pieces. The type of system your home needs determines which inverters and panels are an option for you. The efficiency of a

panel tells you how well it converts sunlight into electricity. This is not as important of a metric as you may think. Modern solar panels all have very high efficiency, typically around 20%. The differences between panel efficiency ratings are negligible for the cost increase. The only time this might be of importance is if you are trying to maximize production in a small available space. The best way to determine which options may work for you would be to talk with a solar specialist. They are well versed in the complex nature of solar system design and will maximise your investment.

Pubes, Everything you want to know but were afraid to ask!

Everything you wanted to know about pubic hair but were afraid to ask!

Colour, does the carpet match the curtains?

Pubic hair color stands alone and doesn’t depend on the color of the hair on your head. The color is determined by the amount of melanin (a pigment substance) in each hair, which can be different because the amount of melanin is different in different parts of your body. In most cases, the color of your pubic hair is closest to the natural color of your eyebrows. Throughout life, the melanin in your body decreases. This makes hair lighter and eventually grows gray, both on the head and in the pubic area.

Hair around the anus: everyone has it! Hair around the anus is absolutely normal. The distribution of hair, including on the genitals, is often due to genetics. Scientists still aren’t completely sure why anus hair grows. One popular theory is that the hair helps keep your smell around, which, in turn, attracts potential partners.

According to another theory, the hair softens

friction and prevents irritation.

Is it normal to have a lot of hair around my vagina?

Yes, it is normal to have a lot of hair around your vagina. Hair on the vulva and around the scrotum is normal. Everyone has pubic hair around their genitals, and it starts growing during puberty.

Pubic hair helps prevent dirt and bacteria from entering the vagina.

Is armpit hair the same as pubic hair?

Armpit hair is also known as axillary hair and grows in the underarm area. Pubic hair is darker and thicker body hair that grows in your genital region.

Barbarian

Cast: Georgina Campbell

The first thing to be said about Zach Cregger’s Barbarian is that you can’t really talk about it; to say too much about is not just to spoil its inherent surprises but to reduce its actual power. It’s a cinematic version of Fight Club, less of an actual narrative and more akin to a Godfrey Reggio attempt at experiential manipulation. It’s as if Cregger started with a white board filled with all the most transgressive imagery he could conjure in attempt to see how much he could manage to sneak into one film. The answer is ‘a lot’ in an assault so over the top it easily surpasses anything approaching horror and transcends to pure silliness more than once… and yet remains a consistent, unified whole even as it bounces wildly between extremes.

One man approaches the other and says, “I’ll tell you my story if you tell me yours. How’d you get the black eye?”

The man responds, “It was a terrible mistake, really. I was trying to take the train to Tottenham this morning, and the lady at the ticket counter had the most exquisite, bigest rounded and firm beautiful breasts I had ever ever seen, they were absolutely amazing and I’d never seen anything like them in my life. I meant to ask politely, ‘May I have a ticket toTottenham,’ but my tongue slipped and I accidentally said, ‘May I have a ticket to Tit-tingham.’ She rightfully got angry and punched me in the face.” So I ended up with this shiner!

how can I help sir...?

The other man responds, “Yes, I suppose you deserved that. I sadly have a very similar story to tell behind my black eye... I was sitting down with my wife this morning at the breakfast table. I meant to say, ‘Honey, please pass the Cheerios,’ but my tongue slipped and I accidentally said, ‘You have ruined my bloody life!”

CBD Rocks will bring you reliable information and advice on CBD each month. We also offer free consultation service so that you can call upon us at any point! U Having difficulty falling asleep? suffering from insomnia? Or maybe you are a real early bird. A large group of people suffer from sleep problems, often called sleep disorders. In reality, and many don’t realise, a good night’s sleep is extremely important to function well. Sleeping well in general helps to avoid damage to your health. Chronic sleep disorders increase the risk of getting diseases and other health problems. They also cause decreased energy, concentration and memory problems, and even irritability.

On the list of natural remedies used to combat sleep disorders, CBD oil is gaining prominence especially because many of us are just not keen on sleeping pills.

Natural substances like melatonin, chamomile, and valerian have been sold for years in the fight against insomnia. Relatively new to this list is cannabidiol or CBD oil as a natural

tranquilliser.

Although more scientific research needs to be done on how the endocannabinoid system works, CBD appears to be a natural alternative to prescription sleep aids. CBD generally causes no side effects and can be used by almost anyone. Tip on how to take CBD: Whilst CBD can help relax in the moment when taken twice a day everyday it will slowly allow your body to regulate itself, improving not only your sleep but many other ailments.

Tunisia

Tunisia, country of North Africa. Tunisia’s accessible Mediterranean Sea coastline and strategic location have attracted conquerors and visitors through the ages, and its ready access to the Sahara has brought its people into contact with inhabitants of the African interior.According to Greek legend, Dido, a princess of Tyre, was the first outsider to settle among the native tribes of what is now Tunisia when she founded the city of Carthage in the 9th century BCE. Although the story is certainly apocryphal, Carthage nonetheless grew into one of the great cities and preeminent powers of antiquity, and its colonies and entrepôts were scattered throughout the western Mediterranean

region. Carthage fought a series of wars with its rival, Rome. Rome prevailed in the mid2nd century BCE, razed Carthage, and ruled the region for the following 500 years. In the 7th century Arab conquerors converted the native Berber (Amazigh) population of North Africa to Islam.

How to improve your sleep patterns...

Many factors can interfere with a good night’s sleep — from work stress and family responsibilities to illnesses. It’s no wonder that quality sleep is sometimes elusive.

You might not be able to control the factors that interfere with your sleep. However, you can adopt habits that encourage better sleep. Start with these simple tips.

1. Stick to a sleep schedule

Set aside no more than eight hours for sleep. The recommended amount of sleep for a healthy adult is at least seven hours. Most people don’t need more than eight hours in bed to be well rested.

Go to bed and get up at the same time every day, including weekends. Being consistent reinforces your body’s sleep-wake cycle.

If you don’t fall asleep within about 20 minutes of going to bed, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you’re

tired. Repeat as needed, but continue to maintain your sleep schedule and wake-up time.

2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink Don’t go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Discomfort might keep you up.

To advertise in The Sentinella Malaga call 711 096 354 43

Sleep patterns cont.

Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. The stimulating effects of nicotine and caffeine take hours to wear off and can interfere with sleep. And even though alcohol might make you feel sleepy at first, it can disrupt sleep later in the night.

3. Create a restful environment

Keep your room cool, dark and quiet. Exposure to light in the evenings might make it more challenging to fall asleep. Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using roomdarkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs.

Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep.

4. Limit daytime naps

Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. Limit naps to no more than

one hour and avoid napping late in the day. However, if you work nights, you might need to nap late in the day before work to help make up your sleep debt.

5. Include physical activity in your daily routine

Regular physical activity can promote better sleep. However, avoid being active too close to bedtime.

Spending time outside every day might be helpful, too.

6. Manage worries

Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Jot down what’s on your mind and then set it aside for tomorrow. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety.

How does your garden grow...

Steps for keeping your garden in shape in Spain:

Removing the pests. Disease and pests can eat through your garden and make it look awful, kill your plants and cause infestations you really could do without. The first tip for cleaning out the garden is to sort your pest issues out and call in an exterminator for those pesky bugs that just won’t let go! Maintain your compost pile. You don’t want to have any issues when it comes to your compost, so make sure that you prevent mold growth and seeds from blooming in your compost bin. Re-line the bin and make sure that the lid stays firmly closed. You can spread the compost over your perennial plants and feed them nutrients along the way. It protects from weed growth, too! Clear up the vegetable patch in your garden if you have the chance. You want to know that your vegetables can thrive and grow

without being strangled by weeds and that means raking, pulling back, and clearing off dead leaves. The compost can keep them looking good for springtime, and that’s what you want for your plants.

Even if you’re not a fully-fledged flower- or veggie master, knowing what types of plants, herbs, fruits and vegetables you can grow in Spain might come in quite handy. Especially if you like the sound of becoming selfsufficient, so that you can live on a varied and healthy Mediterranean diet.

Golf tips from the “19th Hole!”

It’s been said before, “Golf is a simple game made difficult by those who play it!”

Now before we start, this blog has been generated from a series of Golfing Exercises for seniors, some of which I have adopted. Others are beyond this old body’s capability. So…..please don’t shoot the messenger!!

With a new season about to kick off I thought it might be useful to stretch all those muscles that have lain dormant under the Andalucian sun for the past 3-4 months, the accompanying excess booze has done little to enhance your flexibility..Golf is a sport played by millions of people around the world and it can be great exercise if you take care to maintain proper balance, body alignment, muscular strength and range-of-motion. Most golfers need a lot of strength to keep golf going well. But when you reach a later stage in life, your body loses some of its power, and muscles have become much less pronounced. It is important to know the right exercises for seniors. Strength and stretching golf exercises for seniors. Here’s an overview of some exercises that might help your golf game. Shoulder Stretches Do these stretches before and after a round to help prevent shoulder stiffness and injuries. Stand with the arm at your side. Lean forward so you feel a stretch in your back. Place an uninjured hand on the opposite hip to increase stretch. Bring arms out wide, raise up on tiptoe, then bend down as far as possible without pain or discomfort through the back of the shoulders. Repeat both sides for 1 minute each. Neck Stretch Do this exercise before and after golfing to prevent neck stiffness and pain while playing golf. While sitting on the floor, use both hands to pull head towards your chest. Pull gently while trying to keep your head straight and looking forward while doing this exercise. Hold for 20 seconds and repeat 10 times. Seated Trunk Rotation Do this to increase flexibility in the lower back and hip flexors. Sit on a chair with your legs stretched at a 90-degree angle. Rotate onto your right side as far as possible without pain or

discomfort through your lower back and hip flexors. Rotate as far as you can on the other side through the same range of motion. Repeat both sides for 1 minute each.

Leg Swings This exercise improves range of motion in the hip, knee and ankle joints as well as your lower back. Stand on the right side of a step or box with your left leg, back to the step. Place hands on hips and swing your left leg forward and backward for 30 seconds. Switch sides and repeat.

Seated Hip Stretch This exercise stretches your hips, where most injuries occur. It is easy to do at home with a chair for support. Sit on the chair with the feet flat on the floor, bend the knees. Make sure the back should be straight. Take one hand to gently pull toward the knee. Russian Twist This exercise will help you to strengthen your hamstrings and buttocks muscles in addition to improving balance and stability. Sit on the floor, knees slightly bent. Place a light weight ball on the ground in front of you. Hold it with both hands, arms fully extended at your sides. Twist your body to the left and bend down while keeping your elbows straight. When you feel a stretch through the side, return to start position and twist to the right while bending down. Repeat for 45 seconds per side for a total of 3 sets. That’s it for now – I’m knackered just thinking about any or all of the above! There are other exercises you can do – maybe keep those back for later. So… get yourself off to a flying start and get a jump (please, not literally) on the competition.

Turtles

Sea turtles are large, air-breathing reptiles that inhabit tropical and subtropical seas throughout the world. Their shells consist of an upper part (carapace) and a lower section (plastron). Hard scales (or scutes) cover all but the leatherback, and the number and arrangement of these scutes can be used to determine the species.

Sea turtles come in many different sizes, shapes and colors. The olive ridley is usually less than 100 pounds, while the leatherback typically ranges from 650 to 1,300 pounds! The upper shell, or carapace, of each sea turtle species ranges in length, color, shape and arrangement of scales.

Sea turtles do not have teeth, but their jaws have modified “beaks” suited to their particular diet. They do not have visible ears but have eardrums covered by skin. They hear best at low frequencies, and their sense of smell is excellent. Their vision underwater is good, but they are nearsighted out of water. Their streamlined bodies and large flippers make them remarkably adapted to life at sea. However, sea turtles maintain close ties to land.

The Billionaire’s boys club is full of four wheeled flying machines and the bit of flash owned by Elon Musk is quite an eye opener. But hold on a minute, doesn’t he champion electric powered vehciles? Elon Musk (€182.1 billion) is known for his innovative mind and off-the-wall ideas. This is the same guy who sold the public flamethrowers and bought the original Lotus from The Spy Who Loved Me to make it a real submarine. McLaren has been known for making cars that are comfortable as well as fast, and he was so impressed with it that he started Tesla to try to outdo the McLaren. He drove it every day until he crashed it after adding 11,000 miles to it when Peter Theil asked him, “What can this thing do?” That was in 2012. Now he famously drives a Tesla Model S but in all honesty, does he have a choice? And how long until he makes a center-driver Tesla to match the F1?

Wonder Drugs That Changed The World!

Wonder drugs that changed the world!

1) Pfizer launched its “little blue pill” in March 1998. Within the first year, the erectile dysfunction drug had racked up first-year sales of €788 million. It currently takes in more than €2 billion per year. More importantly, it has revitalized the sex lives of millions of people. It’s not a lifesaver, admittedly, but its users would argue that it’s certainly a quality-of-life saver.

2) The Pill -Contraception was a taboo subject in the 1920s when Austrian scientist Ludwig Haberlandt first proposed using hormones as a way to prevent contraception. And it wasn’t until 1960 that the first birth control pill was approved by the Food and Drug Administration. Beyond its obvious purpose, the pill can also ease cramps and PMS symptoms and can actually make your skin clearer.

3) Insulin Discovered in 1921, insulin

dramatically changed and often saved the lives of people with diabetes. Prior to its discovery, patients suffering from the disease were put on near-starvation diets so their bodies were able to process the sugars they needed. But the discovery that the insulin hormone would help convert sugar into energy offered an alternative.

4) AZT, was one of the biggest breakthroughs in the fight against HIV/AIDS. It’s not a cure, of course, but it was the first drug to block the enzymes HIV.

Whats you father’s occupation?

Asked the school secretary, filling in the forms at the start of the academic year. “He’s a magician,” said the small boy. “How interesting! What’s his favorite trick? “Sawing people in half.” “Really? Now, next question. Any brothers or sisters?’ “Yes, one half brother and two half-sisters.”

A Mexican guy comes riding up to the border on his bicycle with two big sacks over his shoulders.

He tells the border guard that the sacks are full of sand, but the guard doesn’t believe him.

The guard detains the guy, and rips open the bags, but there’s nothing but sand.

He even has the sand analyzed, only to find that it really is just sand. And the sack is just a plain sack.

Two days later, the same thing happens. And then it happens again, two days after that. Every time, that guy is on the bike carrying nothing but sand. This goes on for seven years. It drives the border guard crazy. He loses his job because of it.

One day, he tracks the Mexican guy down and says to him, “I’m no longer a border guard so you’re off the hook, but I have to know what is it that you’re smuggling in that f##king sand?”

The bicycle guy smiles at him and says, “I bring bicycles across the border señor!”

The local job office in Glasgow was advertising for a bikini waxing assistant. Job discription: removing ladies panties, make them comfortable and easily accessible for waxing. Then after waxing, apply soothing

oils gently to the areas after waxing. I didn’t sound difficult, so of course I had to ask..!

Excuse me, where can I apply for the waxing assistants job?”

The woman at the desk looked at the man with a smirk and said, “do you know how to get to Manchester?”

“Yes I said, but is that where the job is?”

“No”she replied, “ but that’s where the back of the que is, good luck!”

A typical macho man married a typical good looking lady, and after the wedding, he laid down the following rules. “I’ll be home when I want, if I want, what time I want, and I don’t expect any hassle from you. I expect a great dinner to be on the table, unless I tell you that I won’t be home for dinner. I’ll go hunting, fishing, boozing, and card playing when I want with my old buddies, and don’t you give me a hard time about it. Those are my rules. Any comments?” His new bride said, “No, that’s fine with me. Just understand that there will be sex here at seven o’clock every night, whether you’re here or not.”

As an airplane is about to crash, a female passenger jumps up frantically and announces, “If I’m going to die, I want to die feeling like a woman.” She removes all her clothing and asks, “Is there someone on this plane who is man enough to make me feel like a woman?” A man stands up, removes his shirt and says, “Here you go, iron this!”.

man, gets off his bike and says, “What are you doing?” “I’m going to commit suicide,” she says. While he doesn’t want to appear insensitive, he also doesn’t want to miss an opportunity, so he asks, “Well, before you jump, why don’t you give me a kiss?” She does, and it is a long, deep, lingering kiss. After she’s finished, the tough, hairy biker fully aroused says, “Wow! That was the best kiss I’ve ever had! I would marry you! Why are you committing suicide?” “My parents don’t like me dressing up like a girl…”

Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson went on a camping trip. After a good meal and a bottle of wine, they laid down for the night, and went to sleep. Some hours later, Holmes awoke and nudged his faithful friend. “Watson, look up at the sky and tell me what you see.” Watson replied, “I see millions and millions of stars.” “What does that tell you?” Watson pondered for a minute. “Astronomically, it tells me that there are millions of galaxies, and potentially billions of planets. Astrologically, I observe that Saturn is in Leo. Horologically, I deduce that the time is approximately a quarter past three. Theologically, I can see that God is all powerful and that we are small and insignificant. Meteorologically, I suspect that we will have a beautiful day tomorrow. So then Holmes, what does it tell you?” Holmes was silent for a minute, then spoke. “It tells me that someone has stolen our bloody tent Watson!”

A guy and his wife are sitting and watching a boxing match on television. The husband sighs and complains and get’s all

frustrated and annoyed as he expected to be entertained and enjoy the excitement, “This is disappointing. It only lasted for 30 seconds, what a complete flop!” “Good,” replied his wife. “Now you know how I always feel.”

Two guys were playing golf. On the tee, Jack hit his shot way left of the fairway in some buttercups. Bob proceeded to hit and his ball went way off to the right in the bushes. Jack eventually found his ball and proceeded to hit in the buttercups. All of a sudden, he heard a big *POOF* and a fairy appeared. She proceeded to say to Jack that she was Mother Nature and that she was really upset at him for damaging the buttercups. She said, ‘’Jack, for all the damage that you did to my buttercups, you will not have any butter to put on your toast in the morning for the next month. No, as a matter of fact, I am so upset at you that you won’t have any butter for the whole next year! That should teach you a lesson so you won’t hurt my creations.” *POOF* She disappeared. Jack, stunned by what just happened, called out, “Bob! Bob! Come over here here quick!” Bob replied, “Wait a sec. I’m hitting my shot and I’ll be right over.” Jack yelled back at Bob, “Where are you?” Bob answered, “I’m over here in the pussy willows.” Jack shouted back, “Don’t hit the ball Bob! For the love of God, don’t hit the ball!”

2 couples always meet up for a game of bridge. One night the usual couple cancelled, the new bloke got bored and made small talk to bond with the other.. “Having sex is like playing bridge. If you don’t have a good partner, you’d better have a good hand!”
