Incident Reporting Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the Sentec Digital Monitoring System has to be reported to Sentec (service@sentec.com) and/or to the competent authority of the country, where the incident occurred. If you are not sure, whether an incident is a reportable event, you can contact Sentec first.
