Lumsden & Porteous return to take 13th Annual OBA TENNIS TOURNAMENT

The 13th annual Old Boys’ Tennis Tournament, held at Hillside Tennis Club on June 14, included players of a wide range of ages. Ultimately, experience triumphed over youthful energy, with Tournament veterans returning to reclaim the silver salver from their younger challengers.

Playing in the doubles tournament were: Roberto Bellini ’97, Ted Claxton ’73, Headmaster Hal Hannaford, Nick Kaulbach ’94, Brendan Keefe 2010, retired math teacher Andy Lumsden, Sasha Papich 2008, Nikki Papich 2010, Charles Porteous ’94, Andrew Ramsey ’84, Colin Ross ’51, and Bart Sambrook ’79.

Lumsden and Porteous defeated Sambrook and Ross to win first place.
