Electric Grippers
Electric Gripper work on electricity these grippers have same gripper force as pneumatic gripper, it has self-locking mechanism in case of power failure. These grippers are IP64 rated which protected against water and corrosion. It has single plug and play cable solution support incredibly easy control using I/O signals.
Pneumatic Gripper
Pneumatic grippers: Pneumatic Grippers feature an extremely rugged, hard coated, steel in steel. Zimmer offer 2-Jaw, 3-Jaw Grippers with the features of speed, force, long gripper finger length.). These grippers required up to 90% compress air. These grippers are IP67 rated which protected against dust and water splashes. Pneumatic gripper can handle at least 30 million cycles without maintenance. Pneumatic grippers are coming with io link technology which is ready for industry 4.0.
HRC Gripper (Human Robot Collaborative)
HRC grippers is designed for safe interaction between human and robot in shared workspaces. HRC Grippers have advanced safety features like collision detection, force and torque sensing. These HRC Grippers are light weight and easily integrate with variety of robotic system. These grippers are used in application like pick and place, material handling were robots and human work in same environment.
Swivel and rotary modules
Swivel and rotary modules are used to connect the gripper to move the grippers. Zimmer Swivel and rotary modules are designed for smooth and precise rotation around central axis. Zimmer offer Electric and pneumatic rotary modules for grippers. Swivel and Rotary modules are available in multiple option as per the requirement of angles, forces.
Tool changer:
Zimmer’s tool changer available in 3 types Manual, Pneumatic and Automatic
Tool changer are used to connect the grippers to robotic arm as per the application grippers and tools can be easily swapped. The gripper could quickly switch between gripping mechanism optimized for different part sizes, shapes or materials without the need for manual adjustment or reconfiguration. Manual tool changer has capacity of 20kg to 50kg. Pneumatic tool changer has capacity of 300kg to 1000kg and Automatic tool changer. Automatic tool changer can handle the low to medium weight. Zimmer tool changer can improve the flexibility, efficiency.
