ElectricActuator Slider Type
Electric actuator in slider type It is a motorless actuator that allow to install and control motor from each manufacturer. It is compact & highly rigid series with vacuum port low dust generation is achieved.Also motor mounting can be done on sides and bottom.
An outer rail system guide is built in which a body and guide are integrated. It improves radial performance, is more resistant to offset work, and reduces the need for side-by-side guides. It is easy to install, because it allows the top of the body to be mounted. Which makes its space saving. Direct installation can be done without removing cover from upper and lower surface.

CKD ElectricActuator for Servo Motor Drive: CKD ElectricActuator for Servo Motor Drive is compatible with single and multiple axis servo motor drive. KBX is a combination of standard product which suitable for any transport situation. KBX electric actuator supports transport from light load to high load. It has maximum stroke length of 4450mm.Actuator can be connected to single axis motion controller with the link cable to create a multi-axis controller.

Electric actuator 2 finger gripper: Added options to expand the "gripping" possibilities of the compact Electric Gripper with high gripping force. This gripper is coming with the case which protects and reduce disconnection risk of movable cable. To protect the gripper, it also offers the rubber cover option.Also, it has +8mm long stroke compared to conventional gripper. Different finger shape options can be connected as per the application requirement.
Electric actuator table type: The short stroke of the table type electric actuator makes it perfect for carrying and positioning workpieces.Atable-type actuator's integrated motor enables arbitrary modifications of acceleration and deceleration, as well as equipment space savings.
Electric actuators may conduct multipoint positioning, in contrast to pneumatic cylinders. The brake component is locked to maintain the position when the power source is turned off.As a safety precaution, it can be applied to stop failure along the z-axis.
Electric actuator rotary type: In rotary type electric actuator wide range of operations can be perform like multipoint positioning of table and the reverse operation of the held workpieces. Rotary actuator is equipped with the manual mechanism which can be operated without tools. Rotary table can be easily positioned. It starts soft and soft stop are possible by setting the acceleration/deceleration arbitrarily.
