Besides the presentation of new tools, SEDA offered to be available as interlocutor. The team was very pleased with the active interest. Presentation during the SEDA Dismantler Days
T
he main focus in 2013 was the anniversary 20 years of ELV de-pollution systems invented by SEDA. As environmental pioneer, it was not easy for company founder Josef Dagn to realize his visions. Today SEDA is a successful trademark for quality and experience in car recycling. In addition to numerous trade fair appearances, SEDA took the chance and invited to the first international car dismantler
meeting at the headquarters in Austria. Besides interesting product presentations and technical lectures, the exchange of recyclers from Austria, Germany and Switzerland were paramount. A great number of participants praised the event as well as the encouragement of SEDA to maintain their customer relations. An excellent supporting program topped off the meeting in the marvelous Tyrol.

The challenge
Zlomotex is a private family business, which has its headquarters in Eastern Poland. The well-known scrap-metal recycler and trader successfully started in a new branch in 2013. The company began with the de-pollution of end-of-life vehicles. That was the reason why they contact SEDA Poland Importer Wichary.
The Polish company was looking for an efficient, safe and environmental friendly solution for the drainage of end-oflife vehicles. The objective was to offer a high quality system as a professional alternative to the illegal recyclers around the area. Furthermore the station had to meet the highest EU requirements.

System for new dismantler Marta & Miroslaw Pokornicki from Zlomotex started an EU-project about a new end-of-life vehicle drainage station in 2011. For this reason they faced SEDA Poland importer Wichary Technologies. Several conditions had to be meet, to meet the requirements of the company.

The SEDA MDS6 is a roll-off container, with an integrated de-pollution station. A vehicle ramp with 4 tons is permanently installed, as well as a catchment area and important supporting equipment f.e. workbench and tool box. All connections are preinstalled. Five powerful pumps with two membranes for all operating liquids are available.

Equipped with 5 storage tanks, the SEDA TPF5 tank platform has everything that is needed for the storage of operating liquids. Tanks for petrol, diesel, waste oil, coolant and washer fluid are included. Pumps, displays and fuel nozzles are located on the mobile platform. The TPF5 can be used for all SEDA stations. IFAT: Focus on car recycling
SEDA presents 3 new products
Car recycling will play a major role at the IFAT 2014 in Munich. Besides the National Association “Bundesvereinigung Deutscher Stahlrecycling- und Entsorgungsunternehmen“ (BDSV), SEDA Umwelttechnik GmbH is mainly responsible for that. Together with the BDSV, the company will use a huge outdoor area to present the complete end-of-life vehicle de-pollution process. From storage system, to the drainage of vehicles up to car balers, the visitors can directly witness the practical implementation. Just visit us and convince yourself.

The new SEDA CableCutter ICS is perfectly suitable for cutting aluminium and copper cables. The open cutting head with continuous rotation is used for cutting finely- and multi stranded cables with a max. diameter of 40mm. Company shooting 2013
FOLLOW US!
This year‘s SEDA company shooting took place in Bichlach. Besides the sporting aspect, the cosy get-together was the main focus of this event. Big winners of this year‘s edition were Manuel Gostner and Dominik Lechner from the production site in Ebbs. Dominik won the target shooting, Manuel was overall champion.
SEDA: The family business SEDA veteran Josef Kogl was quite amazed when his little granddaughter visited him during the development of the new MDS6 container. Without further ado, the SEDA production manager grabbed her and put her on the new station. Both of them cut a fine figure at the photoshooting, as you can see here.
