Head of Seco’s Asian distribution hub, Lenny Tai manages a team that has grown from three to 12 employees.
PUTTING CUSTOMERS FIRST Name: Lenny Tai Age: 49 Career: Started working in logistics in 1984 as a store assistant with Flextronics Pte Ltd. Moved on to become a storekeeper and then store supervisor with Twin Arrows International, a contractor for Mitsubishi Electric Asia. In 1996, he joined Seco Tools as a shipping coordinator. While working at Seco Tools he completed a computer sciences degree from the Singapore Institute of Management in 2001. Outside interests: Tai is an avid basketball player and regularly shoots hoops with his neighbours.
