Construcción de una nave industrial compuesta de dos cuerpos y tres zonas diferenciadas en su interior, sin separación física entre ellas. La superficie construida de la nave es de 7.438’12 m2. Cada cuerpo tiene unas dimensiones de 154’60x32’50m. y altura al alero de 18’53m. El otro cuerpo tiene 121’90x19’80 y una altura al alero de 22’45m. Ambos cuerpos están desplazados longitudinalmente entre ellos por una distancia de 22’08m. La nave se proyecta en su totalidad construida con estructura de perfiles metálicos. La configuración de dicha estructura es diseñada para albergar en su interior la maquinaria e incorporar varios puentes grúa con una capacidad total de 20 Tm y una luz de 31’50 m. el primero, y en el segundo cuerpo, dos puentes con una capacidad de 90 Tm uno de ellos. y de 20 Tm el otro, con una luz de 16’50 m. En la zona para almacenamiento de chatarra se construye un foso de 4 m. de profundidad y un muro perimetral de 5 m de altura y tiene unas dimensiones de 53x30’5 m.
Construction of an industrial warehouse composed of two bodies and three different zones inside, without physical separation between them. The built surface is 7,438'12 m2. Each body has 154'60x32'50m dimensions, and height to the eaves of 18'53m. The other body has 121'90x19'80 and a height to the eaves of 22'45 m. Both bodies are displaced longitudinally between them by a distance of 22.08m. The warehouse is projected in its entirety built with structure of metal profiles. The structure configuration is designed to house the machinery inside and incorporate several overhead cranes with a total capacity of 20 Tm and a light of 31'50 m. The first and in the second body, two bridges with a capacity of 90 Tm, one of them, and 20 Tm the other, with a light of 16'50 m. In the area for the storage of scrap, a 4 m pit of depth is built and a perimeter wall of 5 m in height and has dimensions of 53x30'5 m.
