Free Online Citizenship Preparation Guides
The South Dakota State Library provides dozens of electronic resources at no cost to all South Dakota residents. This includes tutorials, study guides, and practice tests for helping residents prepare for the U.S. Naturalization Test. Pro Citizen is an interactive course to help prepare one of the civics, reading and writing parts of the USCIS Naturalization Test. It provides 100 instructional videos, drills and quizzes in both English and Spanish.
To use Pro Citizen, either choose ‘instant access’ or register. To access Learning Express Library, you will need either local library card or a State Library e-card. To obtain a card, go to http://library.sd.gov/forms/librarycard/index.aspx

Another database provided by the SD State Library is Learning Express Library. It contains e-books, articles, and practice test to help one become a U.S. Citizen, in both English and Spanish. There is also a guide to assist in obtaining an official United States Green Card. You must register to use Learning Express and reside in South Dakota.
