This was MY first Superintendent/Foreman Conference and was everything I expected. I hope that it met everyone else’s expectations as well. It was great to meet so many
new people and get to know some of the personnel from the member municipalities. It would be even better if this conference could grow next year and more Superintendent/ Foremen could have the opportunity to attend. Getting together and building those relationships is one of the great services that being a member of the SDMEA offers. I also thought there were many wonderful presenters who were very knowledgeable about their topics and could be excellent contacts/references to any
