PUBLIC WORkS SUPERINTENDENT: The City of North Sioux City, SD, is accepting resumes for a full-time, salaried Public Works Superintendent. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1.) supervision and direction of public works department personnel, budget and policies; 2.) oversight of municipal water, wastewater, storm water, levee and street operations; 3.) reporting and compliance with federal, state and local regulations; 4.) operation of a variety of vehicles and heavy equipment; 5.) oversight of general municipal building maintenance; and 6.) assisting consulting engineers in the design of maintenance and new construction projects.
