Karate 6-16 years Traditional Karate of the Japanese Itosu-Ryu system will be taught with emphasis on discipline, coordination, and development of physical strength. The basic moves will be taught and practiced in traditional ways using Kata, Kumite and Kihon. Tests will be given as student improves; colored belts can be earned. Friday Night Cheerleading!
6-12 years
We are pleased to offer a sideline cheerleading element to the Friday Night Football program. Cheerleaders will practice for one hour per week, then cheer for their age appropriate flag football games on Friday nights at the Vista Hermosa Sports Park. Practices will include basic sideline cheer techniques, arm movements, jumps, and halftime dance/ cheer. This program is about promoting cheer, dance, and safety. Limited stunts or tumbling will be taught in this program. $99 due to instructor for uniform.
