As you may be aware, we have recently changed our management information system to Arbor, and we’ve been working hard to get everything set up to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Starting today, we will begin using the Arbor Parent App to send out communications and updates. Please download the app and follow the instructions below to sign in.
How to Sign In to the Arbor Parent App
1. Download the Arbor app from your device’s app store, or visit Log in to your School | Arbor or your school’s Arbor URL (this will be sent to you in a welcome email)
2. Your username is the email address you provided to the school.
o If you're unsure which email address we have on file, please contact the school office and we’ll confirm it for you.
3. Use ‘Forgotten your password?’ or ‘First Time Logging In?’ if needed.
4. If you have children at multiple schools using Arbor with the same email address, select the correct school at login.
o Please note: You cannot switch between students from different schools without logging out and back in, as each school has a separate account.
5. Each parent must have their own account using a unique email address.
o For some children, we only have one parent’s email address on file. If we don’t have yours, please send a Dojo message to Miss Marsh so we can update our records.

Important Notes
• We will continue using Class Dojo for communication while we ensure the Arbor app is working effectively.
• Parents’ Evening will take place on:
o Wednesday 5th November
o Tuesday 11th November Appointments will be added to Arbor this week.
