Christ at the centre, Children at the heart
As we approach the end of another academic year, I want to take a moment to reflect on what has been an exciting and rewarding final term across our 35 schools.
The summer term is always one of celebration and community spirit — from proms and leavers’ events to sports days, awards evenings, performances and final assemblies, each school has marked this time with joy, pride and a real sense of achievement. It’s a privilege to witness the incredible energy and commitment that goes into these moments, celebrating all that our students have accomplished.
This marks the end of my first year as CEO of Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust. It has been a year filled with learning, collaboration and great pride. I feel extremely privileged to lead such a dedicated team of staff, and I’m continually inspired by the passion and resilience of our pupils and the strength of our school communities.
As we now look ahead to the new academic year, I want to thank all of our students, staff, parents and carers for everything you’ve contributed to making this year such a success. I hope you all enjoy a well-deserved summer break filled with rest, joy and time with loved ones.
I look forward to welcoming everyone back in September as we continue to grow, support one another and build on everything we have achieved together.
With every blessing,
Stuart McGhee Chief Executive Officer, Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust
