ACHTWERK Events founder, Serdar Vona, comes from a catering background and was looking together with his partner, Timucin Kul, for a permanent location, so they didn’t have to transport their heavy equipment anymore. The former metal workshop at Daimlerstreet turned out to be the perfect space. So, in 2019, Vona renovated it completely before turning it into ACHTWERK. The impressive, barrier-free clinker brick building measures over ten metres in height at its 40-metre-long glass front, which makes for a vast, light-flooded atmosphere.
