The resort pool and adult pool are open on weekends only, through September 29th. The resort pool will be closed 9/21 & 9/22 for the Puppy Plunge. The Adult pool will remain open.
Update on the Savannah Gym: We have begun construction and it is expected to finish this upcoming Monday. We hope to finalize construction in a timely fashion. In the meantime, please enjoy our partnership with LA fitness and use your complimentary 7-day pass!

We are pleased to introduce Noah Aubain as the Amenities Monitor and Front Desk Administrator for our community
Noah has over five years of experience in the food service and management industry, overseeing teams of 100+, specializing in great customer service and efficiency A few fun facts about Noah is that he’s type one diabetic, a certified personal trainer, and he loves helping people meet their fitness and health goals.
I’m Noah and I’m the newest addition to Savannah’s HOA team In my role, I will strive to ease the lives of our community and bring everyone closer together Feel free to stop by the clubhouse and introduce yourself! I’m happy to answer any questions, talk about our rental options, and notify you of upcoming events.

If you are planning to submit proposed changes to your home or property, we’re here to assist you every step of the way. Below are the steps to help you submit an Architectural Approval form:
Access your Resident Portal at www.ciranet.com/residentportal
Download the Architectural Approval Form directly by going to Documents and then Forms.
Complete the Architectural Approval Form: Fill out the attached form describing your proposed changes, including details such as location, colors, materials, and contractor information
SubmitYourForm:
You can submit the completed form by: Emailing it to savannca@ciramail.com, or Dropping it off at the clubhouse office.
For questions or further assistance, contact our Resident Service Group toll-free at 1-855-9GrandM (1-855-947-2636). Resident Service office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time.
Submitting your Architectural Approval request through the portal ensures efficient processing and review by the Architectural Review Committee. They will provide a decision within 30 days, communicated through the management office.
