Welcome to the sixth edition of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme newsletter. The EPR Digital team was on site at RSH last week, visiting departments to talk all things CareFlow. We received some great feedback and were able to answer lots of questions about EPR and Go Live. After we get feedback from our teams at PRH, we will include an update on key FAQS. . This week we will be at PRH on Tuesday and Wednesday. Look out for our experts in green T-shirts and our trolley stacked with snacks and EPR goodies.

Sandpit - Try out CareFlow before Go Live Have you completed your training? Practice now on CareFlow If you have completed your mandatory training through LMS then you can apply for access to the CareFlow sandpit environment. This will allow you to have a play with CareFlow, go through training scenarios in your own time, and take a look at your clinics before Go Live. You will be given your role based access so you can test the system and become more confident in using it. You can request this via IT Self Service.

Calling all doctors, consultants and clinical nurse specialists Doctors, consultants and clinical nurse specialists are required to attend the end-to-end CareFlow training from Monday 26 February. These sessions will run for six weeks and incorporate all training that a clinician needs to complete in readiness for CareFlow. Clinician Module Overview sessions have been booked by the Medical Directorate so please keep an eye out in your emails for the invite.

Congratulations to all colleagues in the Surgery, Anaesthetics and Cancer division who have achieved 53% training compliance, closely followed by Clinic Support Services, Medicine and Emergency Care, Women’s and Childrens and Corporate. Our training target for the end of February is 70%. Please take the time to complete your training this month. Did you know? Changes to Bluespier and ED Whiteboard From Sunday 21 April, ED whiteboard will be replaced, and you will access this information through CareFlow, you will also log in to Bluespier from CareFlow. Please complete your required CareFlow training on LMS.

Bank Staff You can access your required CareFlow training through LMS. If you are unsure of what role based modules you need, or have any training questions, please contact sath.ittrainingteam@nhs.net Thank you to the 215 Change Agents who have attended their on boarding sessions so far. Please make sure you are working on your action plans - it is vital that these are completed before March to assure us that every area of the Trust is ready for Go Live in April. The action plan is available through the Change Agent Chatter Teams Channel that you are a member of, or can be printed on request by emailing us at sath.askepr@nhs.net. If you haven’t been able to attend a session, don’t worry as additional MS Teams sessions have been added to the Digital SaTH website.

Change Agents Sarah Whitehead, Midwifery Ward Manager and Leona Jones, Midwife, Women’s and Children Services Speaking to Sarah and Leona after they completed their training, they said: “We are excited about being Change Agents as our digital system has been the same for quite a long time so any new system is great and will provide a great service for our service users, women and their families. We are really excited to be able to support our teams and to be able to implement and role this out during this time of transformation”.
