For further information about our Values and Behaviours go to SaTH Intranet - PACT: Our Values The Cultural Ambassadors Programme is due to begin on Tuesday 7 September 2021 with the application process closing shortly on Tuesday 20 July. The programme is open to all staff and is designed to upskill delegates to identify and challenge discrimination and cultural bias in workforce-related processes. This can include recruitment processes, disciplinary processes, formal investigations and grievance hearings involving staff from BAME backgrounds.
