Welcome to this month’s parking update
September is Catch the Bus Month a national campaign celebrating the benefits of bus travel It’s a great time to think about sustainable travel options and how we can all help reduce congestion and emissions.
Using alternatives such as the Park and Ride are really important to ensure that our shift working colleagues and our patients can park safely on site
How can you get involved
There are a number of ways to get involved in Catch the Bus Month.
Team travel challenge - encourage your teams to take the bus for the month of September and send your photos of your team on the bus for Chatterbox
If you haven’t tried the Park & Ride at either site yet - challenge yourself to use the service in September You will be surprised at how easy it is, and think of the money you could save
Tell us your bus stories, send us your compliments for your drivers and give us your feedback Every query or comment helps us to build a service that works for everyone

Free biscuit with your free drink
So far we have given away an amazing 1,014 free drinks through the Park & Ride loyalty card scheme
For the month of September, when you redeem your loyalty card for your free hot or cold drink, you will also receive a free snack biscuit
