Activities Planned: Visit to Tablab  Introduction & Interaction with the students at Tablab  Painting the rooms

Objectives: To showcase the Tablab installation supported by DELL  To provide an exposure for DELL volunteers to the divergent learning platform available for the children through DELL.  To allow DELL volunteers to feel and be with, the spirit and vigor of the Government school children  A platform for the DELL employees to contribute their service to the Government school.

 The children displayed and explained the lessons which are preloaded in the Tablet.

From Volunteers:-

 Mr. Jags and other volunteers asked few questions regarding the content; the children responded by showing the videos and lessons very quickly.  The volunteers expressed their cheerfulness on watching the children’s spirit.  The volunteers expressed their gratitude to AIF for providing an opportunity to observe the TABLAB and to interact with children.

We would like to thank AIFT for partnering with DELL. We had a meaningful experience. It is great to be with the children, spending time with them, sharing our learning from our life. Felt contended being with children and painting one room at the school. We carry with us the sweet memories. We wish the children all the very best. We would like to create smiles in their life by bringing more activities. Thanks to AIFT for giving such a wonderful experience to us….. From Students:We are very happy see the volunteers in our Tablab. We enjoyed a lot by painting the rooms along with them. We loved the song taught by them. We will surely study hard and we keep smiling all the time. Thanks to DELL for supporting our schools.

Painting the rooms: All the volunteers enthusiastically shifted the materials and cleaned two rooms.  The volunteers taught a song for children to keep their spirit high while working with volunteers.  The students supported the volunteers by bringing the paints and other materials.  The volunteers successfully finished painting one room, and made necessary arrangements to paint the second room.


Wrap up: The volunteers distributed the chocolates for all the students visiting each classroom.  The volunteers appreciated the students those who lend hand while painting.  The volunteers appreciated and shared their gratitude for providing an opportunity for the wonderful experience to the School and AIF staffs.
