General Information and Sale Notes LOCATION The sale will be held at Gisburn Auction Mart Ltd., Gisburn, Clitherhoe, Lancashire BB7 4ES CONDITIONS OF SALE The sale is held subject to the LAA Conditions of Sale in addition to the Auctioneers General Conditions of Sale. The auctioneers full terms and conditions of sale are displayed on notice boards withn the mart and it is strongly recommended that vendors and potential purchasers read them.

SETTLEMENT AND CLEARANCE OF STOCK Settlement in full is due to the Auctioneers immediately at the close of the sale. No animals will be permitted to leave the premises without an official pass obtainable upon settlement.

All animals will be sold in guineas.

NDBC SALE CONDITIONS GISBURN 2021 The NDBC contact is Sam Driver: 07811 141860 Drop off for stock will be from 9.30 a.m. – 13.30 p.m. Registered stock (only) will be inspected for health, teeth and testicles from 10.30 a.m. All registered sheep must therefore be penned by 10.15 p.m.

Any registered animals which do not reach the inspection standard will not be eligible for sale and must be removed from their pens immediately.

All sheep entered as registered must have their ears tattooed or tagged with the flock and individual numbers. These will be checked at the inspection and any not so identified will be deemed to be unregistered.

All vendors of MV accredited sheep must send a copy of the accreditation certificate with their entry forms.

The relevant MV, pedigree and Genotype certificates must be handed in to the auctioneers prior to the sale.

Sale open to MV, non-accredited, registered, unregistered, cross bred females and non home bred animals. Sale sheep will be accepted from all Dorset breeders whether or not they are club or national association members.

All sheep must be lot numbered before entering the market.

All sheep will be sold in catalogue order in guineas with a commission rate.

Sheep will be accepted on Saturday 7th August 2021 from 10.30 a.m. on the day of sale. If you wish to make alternative arrangements, you will need to speak to Gisburn Auction Mart.

The order of draw was carried out by an independent body.
