Come and learn this tradition style of Karate. Karate will benefit you throughout your life. Improve focus and concentration, gain self respect, self confidence and self discipline, become more active, healthy body and a healthy mind! Karate is an individual sport with no bench time! Come along and have some fun whilst you learn new skills and make new friends. We are a member of the British Karate Kyokushinkai Federation and World Karate Union.
