Dear Sahalee Country Club Family,

As we welcome the arrival of spring, I wanted to take this opportunity to update you on some exciting developments at your Club Home. Over the past 4 months, we have been working hard behind the scenes to reorganize the duties of our key leaders. This approach to “right-sizing” our personnel is allowing the experts of each department to have a laser focus on their individual areas of expertise. This strategic shift has allowed us to capitalize on several hundred years of combined experience within our team to ensure the best possible member experience across all areas of our club including golf, facility maintenance, events, food & beverage, communications, and golf. When looking at the talented individuals that now can focus on what do what they do best, it is not an understatement to say we have the strongest leadership team under one roof in the Pacific Northwest that is excited to serve you.
