Can anyone recommend a skin care product for body acne? I am 31 weeks pregnant with my first child and have very bad acne on my shoulders, chest, and back. I know this is due to increased horomones. My face is completely clear, due to my daily regimen of washing, toning, and moisturizing. Since I don’t usually have body acne, I don’t know of any good body washes or lotions that may help the situation. Can anyone recommend a good body wash or treatment? I have already tried Neutrogena Acne Body wash and it seems to make it worse.

Other products (like neutrogena) put harsh chemicals and animal by-products in their products which is what makes your condition worse. What is the best skin care lines for someone that has acne but also wants products that help with aging? I am 26 yrs old and have VERY oily skin but I also need somehting that prevents and treats wrinkles. I have tried alot of products only designed for acne but they still don’t seem to work very well (proactiv, arbonne, clinique) as well as many drugstore brands.

What is the best product to use on sensitive skin? I have acne bad and i need some help. .My skin is oily.
Shahni answers: I 2nd an opinion from the MD however – have you ever heard of or tried Arbonne clear advantage it’s a regime but you can get the upper hand on acne it comes with a cleaner, toner and lotion and a daily supplement to help combat acne from the inside out – (a lot less harsh but better for you then poractiv) you also have 45 days to return it if its not for you or your skin! Try using a very warm clean wash cloth (heat in micro) and apply, repeat – and then use an acne wash. To areas full of puss apply peroxide – or if not to infected use witch hazel and lemon juice (with a clean spray bottle) let air dry and apply acne cream Bi weekly do an acne exfoliant and once a week (different day) an acne mask. Be warned you may get worse before you start to get better. STICK to a regime and you will have results.

What acne treatment has worked best for you? I’m currently using Proactive, but i wanted to know if there are other products out there that work better than Proactive.
Shahni answers: Everybody’s skin responds differently. I use proactiv as well and it works for me. If it isn’t working for you you might want to look into arbonne. My mom sells it and its all really nice. Its a lot more expensive but if you use the whole system every day you’ll get great results.

What is the Best Skin care product Around? I’m not super acne prone though I do occasionally break out but it seems like everything I buy either makes me break out more or dries out my skin like crazy. Any ideas?
