Queen’s Birthday Street Party
Covering Sheringham, the Runtons, Holt and surrounding villages in association with the Cromer Times and North Walsham Times
The Queen’s 90th Birthday is a truly national event and provides a great opportunity for us all to reflect on the extraordinary service Her Majesty has given the country for more than six decades.
Our community is coming together to honour The Queen with a Town Street Party on 11 June in the centre of Sheringham along Station Road & High Street down towards the beach. There will of course be lots of entertainment with The Street Party scheduled to start at 5pm. It is a great opportunity for all the town’s residents to meet and mingle and share in celebrating Her Majesty’s birthday. To add to the festive feeling it would be great if everyone could dress in patriotic red, white and blue to match the flags and bunting decorations set out by the Town Council and Carnival Committee.
