Pricing your property can often be very difficult and requires some investigation and analysis in order to identify a likely selling range. In order to do this, it’s crucial to identify between four and eight comparable properties that have sold that may in some way be compared to yours. Often this is very difficult, however keep in mind that buyers face this same challenge when deciding to express their financial interest and are negotiating.
