Students' attention and behavior can be maintained through motivation. It gives them more energy to finish the task. It can help to sustain activities over time. In education, motivation can have a significant impact on student's performance and learning outcomes. To achieve the objectives, parents, and teachers should encourage their children to perform better in school. The motivation of learning activities allows the student to focus on what he is doing. Motivational factors stimulate and facilitate the learning of children. This article will consider the important motivational factors that influence learning in schools. Curriculum structure It serves as an important motivator for children. It harmonizes the course objectives and learning objectives. It provides teachers with the skills that must be covered in each grade to get students ready for the next grade. It offers a quantifiable strategy and framework for effective learning. Teachers must plan their lessons and curricula to make their students feel more secure. It is advisable to prepare all of the materials in advance for use in class. The goals of a course or class can also be stated by the instructor at the start of the semester or of the class. Teachers conduct assessments for learning to determine where learners are in their learning, where they need to go, and the best way to get there. They can attend parent-teacher meetings and ask questions about their studies. Parents should encourage the child to make small study goals based on the necessary tasks. Setting goals gives a child clear instructions for what needs to be done, and when he or she achieves these goals, it boosts confidence. They should maintain open communication with their child and offer assistance as needed. This could include making plans to meet with the child's teacher, arranging for extra help. . Knowing that help is available will give the child the confidence to face any problems that about their studies. Children should depend their parents for assistance and motivation for their learning. Home Security Children live at home with their parents. As a result, home security is the most important motivator for learning. A lack of security at home can hurt motivation to learn. Family conflicts and problems harm academic performance and learning. Influence of Friends Children learn social-emotional abilities like empathy, cooperation, and problem-solving in a special context offered by peer relationships. As a result, problems with friends can make children feel less secure
