Sample the delights of a Medieval Christmas feast and a Tudor banquet and taste dishes of Christmases past, while learning the origins of our ‘traditional’ festive foods. Best of British Cheese with Paxton & Whitfield Online Friday 4 December, 7.00-8.00pm Join an expert cheesemonger from Paxton & Whitfield in this fun and informative cheese tasting. You will be tasting four delicious cheeses (delivered to you in advance), while learning all about their special and unique qualities. This tasting will be led by Annie Meakin, manager of Paxton & Whitfield’s London shops, a cheese professional of more than 13 years standing and tutor for The Academy of Cheese.
