Family Tree Workshop: Bring Your Family History to Life
Woodcote Park Thursday 21 January, 2.00pm-4.30pm Have you ever thought of where you came from and who your ancestors are? Join Kinnections’ Joanne Peers for a morning of discovery at this interactive workshop. During the session, learn how to access ancestry websites and the tricks of the trade required to formulate your own family tree going back eight generations. This is a beginner’s course. Members are invited to bring along their laptop so the course instructor can give a more personalised session, however this is not compulsory. M: £65.00 G: £75.00 Includes: Refreshments upon arrival, interactive family tree workshop, refreshments during the break, family tree starter kit to take home. Dress code: Casual

Pall Mall Friday 22 January, evening One of the biggest nights in the Scottish calendar comes to Pall Mall — tuck into some haggis, neeps, tatties and other traditional Scottish fare as the Club celebrates the life of Scotland’s best-loved bard, Robert Burns.
