CLUB CLUB MEMBERS EVENTS
Events We are busy planning an exciting season of events, from festive celebrations to walking tours and fascinating talks from experts. Some of these events may be a little different from normal, to keep everyone safe, and some will be online. The programme on the following pages is subject to change and more will be added, so keep an eye on the Club Wire for announcements and the Events section of the Club website for the latest information. Although it is our hope that we will be able to run all on-site events as normal, they will, of course, only go ahead if government guidance at the time allows.
HOW TO BOOK BOOKING ONLINE
CANCELLING A BOOKING
The easiest and quickest way to book an event is via the Club website. Alternatively you can email events@royalautomobileclub.co.uk. Your email booking request will be acknowledged within five working days. Bookings must be made in writing, we cannot accept bookings via the telephone.
Please check the Club website for when each event will be open for bookings. Bookings will open as events are added and confirmed. Please also keep an eye on the weekly Club Wire, where new events will be advertised.
To ensure as many members and guests as possible have the opportunity to enjoy the events programme, please make any cancellations as soon as possible. We will always endeavour to resell cancelled places. If we are unable to sell your place(s), your account will be charged the full amount unless you have cancelled at least 14 days in advance. A small number of events warrant a longer cancellation deadline and this will be clearly stated on the event cancellation terms. Events may sometimes be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control. The Events Team will give members as much notice as possible.

All guests must be accompanied by a Full Member. If a guest price is not shown, this indicates that the event is for members only. If a child price (WJ/Non-WJ) is not shown, then the event is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18.

BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHER MEMBERS If we do not receive written instructions for charging another member, all places at the event will be charged to your account.
