Saturday 2nd December, 12noon to 2pm Acorns Café, Burbage Common

Tuesday 12th December, 8pm Pestle & Mortar, Hinckley

Coffee, cake & carols. Santa’s own brass ensemble will be playing Christmas carols to bring festive cheer to the Café on the Common.

Beer, brass & carols. Join in the traditional Christmas spirit with a sing-along session of carols with beer, played by Santa’s own brass ensemble.

Wednesday 6th December, 6pm to 8pm Christmas Lights Car Tour, Castle Street and Hinckley United Reformed Church

15th to 17th December & 21st to 23rd December, 11am to 4pm Santa’s Grotto, Secret Hideaway (!), Hinckley Leisure Centre, Argents Mead

Castle Street will be opened to traffic from 6pm to 7.30pm so you can drive elderly and disabled friends and relatives down at your leisure, then park in Regent Street outside the United Reformed Church. Hot drinks, mince pies and festive entertainment will be available in the Church.

Wednesday 6th December to Tuesday 2nd January, 10am to 2pm Colour in a Monochrome World, Atkins Building, Lower Bond Street, Hinckley Art exhibition featuring work from two local artists. Free entry.

Friday 8th December, 4pm to 5pm Carols around the tree, Market Place, Hinckley Join in the Christmas spirit by singing carols around the town centre Christmas tree.

Friday 8th December, 4:30pm to 7pm Hinckley Parks Primary School Christmas Fair Christmas shopping, fundraising stalls and games, face painting, cake baking competition, Santa's grotto (please book in advance) and more. Friday 26th January ‘Wear a Funky Scarf’ Day Simply funk up your scarf and wear it with pride on Friday 26th January and give a donation to help ensure that all local people have their basic needs met, no matter what crisis, illness, disability or difficulty they may be facing. Saturday 9th, 16th & 23rd December, 10am to 2pm Hinckley Market Place The Salvation Army Band will play from 10am to 12 noon. This will be followed by performances from local performers until 2pm.
